Amazing ! Thorough !! Great customer service!! Tyler you are amazing!! The customer service was top notch as I expected. After reading the notebook displayed there for customers to read about credits and great customer service !My vehicle was vandalized and I just purchased the vehicle . Needless to say I was heartbroken and angry. Tyler assured me of the work that had to be done. Of course I had to get two other estimates and after the two other estimates I knew I would choose Boundry Street Collision!! Im so happy I did !! My vehicle was brought back to perfect condition!! Our situation was a bit out of the ordinary. Our family is from Illinois. My son, a med school student here in beaufort, got rear ended 2 weeks ago. Found out the next day that the guy who hit our sons car had let his insurance lapse. Trying to stay on top of things from 1000 miles away can be tricky. Tyler never strayed from his resolve to be constantly staying in touch with me, the insurance adjuster and our son. The body work was completed on time and of a very high quality. Upon picking up the car, my son immediately saw that there was a mechanical problem with the front brakes, kind of like the RF had seized up. Well, Tyler and his crew got that repaired in 24 hours and were very pleased with the results. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Boundary Collision and their manager Tyler to anyone . We are from Columbia, SC and, unfortunately, hit a deer coming home from our trip down to the Beaufort area. Not being from that area of SC, we had no idea who to call to fix our car (as it was not able to be driven after the accident). We made some calls to some of our friends and EVERYONE recommended that we use Boundary Street Collision. After a quick call to BSC, everything was set up. They came, towed our car, dealt with our insurance and fixed the car to back to even better than it was before the wreck. Tyler at BSC was AWESOME at keeping me informed throughout the process. I cannot sing the praises enough of this fantastic team of folks!

This place is a complete scam. I took my 2000 CLK Mercedes after I hit a deer on vacation.I took my vehicle to this so called "USSA" certified shop. Sure it looked good at first, after i put less then 500 miles on the car the bumper started falling off. I tried to go back to work it out and they would do NOTHING to fix their mistake. They plastic welded the bumper on, once it fell the wheel well was tore completely off. I paid 1600 USD for just the labor and brought my own parts and strongly think these parts were never installed. Complete scam STAY AWAY these guys are crooks. Now my car has more damage then it did to begin with.

I stopped by to get an estimate because a car parked too close and scraped my BRAND NEW CAR, leaving their paint on my door. Being only two car payments into ownership of my car, I was less than thrilled with the situation. When I stopped by, spoke with Tyler, who immediately understood the situation, and said he could remove the painted smear, which he demonstrated, and I didnt even have to submit a claim on my new car. I was impressed, and happy that my new baby is back to looking its very best. I appreciated Tylers friendly, professional manner, which makes me want to bring my car to them if I ever need it. They were so accommodating and did an AMAZING job on my car. My car looks better than it did before the accident- it sucks having to deal with a car accident but when I got my car back I completely forgot about that. Boundary Street Collision did an amazing job with my car. I was involved in a traffic accident and was referred to them by a family member. I am very particular with my car and how well it looks, especially my paint job. They did an amazing job and my car looks brand new!!! Today I broke down on the Parris island bridge. Within 10 minutes of calling this company a tow truck was there! The driver was super friendly and very helpful. When I got to the shop, the staff was absolutely amazing! I needed a new alternator and battery. The price was very reasonable and it was done within an hour and a half of my truck getting there! these are my go to guys from now on!

Tyler took care of our CRV after a rear end collision, kept us up to date on the repairs and was very courteous through out the repair process. They basically replaced the entire back end of the car. Great job, couldnt tell that the car was ever damaged.. Great job guys...and thanks for the fishing advice too!!!
