I survived what could have been an ugly life threatening accident with no injuries. My car however was not so fortunate. I went to several body shops for estimates. The numbers were depressing. A friend suggested Carsmetics. I have had a fair number of accidents in my life, and sad to say I have seen the inside of many body shops..My first impression of Carsmeics was off the charts in comparison to any other body shop I have ever seen...and I have been driving for forty years now... When I entered the store, Joel, greeted me with a warm hello. We spoke for a few minutes before he went out to give me an estimate. It is nice to meet a human being who is truly empathetic. During the estimate process I never felt that I was being " sold " anything. Nor do I feel like I was being undersold. I was given an honest assessment of what was needed to repair my car. As I said I had already been to several places. The best quote I received was about 50 percent higher than Carsmetics. The highest was twice the price. On top of all this, I was quite surprised when Joel told me that he would not need my car in his shop until he had ordered all the parts, the parts were in his store and were ready to be assembled on to my car. I was happily surprised when I was told my car would be ready the same day I dropped it off. In this respect, no other shop in town came close. The best response I received from other shops was, " Well need it a few days"... The worst was a shop that said it would need need my car for a week minimum. If, like me, you dont have collision insurance, the price of a rental car is a huge factor. Again Carsmetics exceeded my expectations in this regard. They took care of all the arrangements for the rental car. I dropped my car off with Joel and someone from Hertz was there to pick me up. It was all seamlessly pre-arranged by Carsmetics. The final result: When I picked my car up my first impression was, "Wow." The car looked great, the repair was perfect, the paint matched the rest of the car. Again the customer service was awesome. I was apprised of exactly what was done and was given clear and concise instructions as to what I needed to do over the next few weeks to ensure the elements or any action on my part did not mess up the excellent job they had done. To sum up all of the above in one sentence. You can go elsewhere, you can pay more, but if you want the best possible customer service, a very fair and reasonable price and a company that understands that the cost of a rental car can easily exceed the cost of a repair you need look no further. Expect to be impressed. On a scale of 1 to 10, these guys get a solid 11!!!!

Unbelievable service, I promise youll never have experienced anything like this! Trust me, Im a total skeptic and even WORSE Im super obsessive about details such as matching, blending, texture, etc. My 2016 Mazda 6 was rear-ended no less than 2 months after driving it off the lot. The paint on this car is one of the few that comes impeccable from the factory. Just a fantastic job. I was so sick at the thought of having to search and blindly trust someone, anyone, with my baby and to do a respectable job. Just like all the other reviews here state, they did an UNBELIEVABLE job. You would not know that the bumper has been replaced. Its a perfect match in every way, it looks exactly like the rest of the factory paint. For all my obsessive friends out there, you will love the satisfaction when your car leaves this shop. All the personnel there are great. I didnt work with Joel, but Jeff was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what my concerns were even though I couldnt really express them in "painters terms". He was a painter himself, if I recall correctly, so that was reassuring for me as well. Almost forgot to mention, the price you find here is unbeatable, and most especially for the quality you find here. One last thing, they finished up a full 16 hours ahead of schedule. And the original ETA was only 24 hours! Thats right. I dropped my car off at 7am and was ready for pickup at 2pm. You guys run a great shop! A++ from me.

I always hate trying to find a place to get my car repaired, as I usually find auto repair shops to be shady and untrustworthy. I had the complete opposite impression of this Carsmetics establishment. Friendliness will only get you so far in my book, but these people had the excellent work and extremely low prices to back it up. The store manager Jeremy was very accommodating and pleasant to work with, and more than fair with the quotes he gave me for the several repairs that I needed done. Yes, this place gives QUOTES, not ESTIMATES. This is amazing because you know exactly what you’re going to be paying when it comes time to pick up your vehicle. Not only was the work they did on my car exceptional, but they got my car back to me in a very timely manner. The thing that was most impressive to me is that their quotes were 1/3 the price of the estimates that other auto repair shops gave me in the area. This made me rather hesitant at first to use them, because how could their quotes be so much lower? The perfect paint job that Carsmetics did on my car spoke for itself. This could have been the perfect car repair experience, and I would highly recommend them.

There is not a better place in all the country to have your car repaired! It is everyones nightmare to have damage to your brand new car. We bought our son a new truck and 4 days later we damaged the tailgate moving a piece of furniture....we were all devastated. We spent an entire day stopping by many body shops and receiving quotes. Every single one gave us a quote 4 times higher then Carsmetics and acted as if they had too much business to be bothered as well as wanting a week or more for the repair. We drove into Carsmetics and within 10 minutes we were greeted with a friendly and helpful smile, an educated quote plus some extra advice, dropped the tailgate off and had it back within 48 hours looking PERFECT! I wish there was a 10 star option for this place! Jeff and Joel are the best in the business, I will never use anyone else (and hope I dont even have to use them-but may simply visit to learn from them and their incredible business practices and amazing customer service).....Recommended with the highest enthusiasm!

Professionalism and Excellence at its best! If you are looking to get your car repaired, this is the place to go to! When your baby needs repair, you want it fixed and you want it done right. The staff at Carsmetics are car guys and they understand this. They will get your car s condition back to the time you rolled it off the lot at the dealership if not better! I had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff at Carsmetics. He is very quick, courteous, and patient. Jeff took the time to walk me through my estimate and to answer any questions I had regarding my repair. I decided to go with Carsmetics for my car repairs and it turned out perfect. The attention to detail the folks at Carsmetic put forth in my experience is unrivaled. Overall, the facility is well kept, the staff is great, and the car repair was perfect. I highly recommend Carsmetics!
