Most often you go to an auto body shop because of a "not-so-nice/fun" incident (as was the case for me). I chose Starnes from my research on Angies List and could not be more pleased with my decision. Courteous, professional, timely, honest, sincere are just some of the words I would use to describe my experience. I had the pleasure of working with Casey (owner) directly. He took the time to explain the repair process and the detailed estimate provided (including pictures), in a straightforward, understandable manner. He answered all my questions to satisfaction and made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the work to be performed. When I picked up my car, Casey (again) to time to review in detail all work done on the car, to ensure it was completed to my satisfaction. His team addressed all the work as requested and, at no additional charge, also addressed a few minor scratches and dings on the car which were not in the area needing repair (above & beyond!). I would (and will) recommend Starnes to anyone needing auto body repair and, if I should happen to need auto body repair in the future, will not hesitate to use Starnes.

I got in my first accident at a horrible time..right between Christmas and New Years! When I contacted the shop, I spoke with Dennis who was friendly and helpful, not pushy or slimy at all. He even volunteered to handle some of the details that probably could have been pushed off on me..like multiple calls to Enterprise, for example. I appreciated that he was upfront with me about the timeline for my vehicle to be finished, which was abnormally long because of the back ups from holiday vacations. KC was friendly and helpful as well, good at calling me with updates, and he gave me a great discount on a service that I asked for. They both made me feel comfortable (23 year old girl who knows nothing about cars, first accident, easy target!), and I really feel like they did everything within their power to make an annoying circumstance as painless as possible. And, when I finally did get my car back, she looked beautiful. I hope I never have to use this place (or any place!) again, but if I ever need anything for my car, Im going to KC Starnes Auto Body!

Starnes Auto Body has fixed my car after a few accidents and made the experience very easy. Having an accident and the inconvenience it causes can test a persons patience. The process of repairing my car by Starnes Auto Body was smooth and painless from the first experience. I knew up front what the costs were and that their prices were competitive with the market. He worked with the insurance company to make sure that their estimate of damages was inclusive of all that was needed to complete the auto body repair and make the repairs needed to restore my car to the original condition, prior to the accident. After that experience I came back again and their customer service was consistent with the first experience. Casey Starnes was easy to work with as he led me through the process.

I was rear-ended the day before Thanksgiving. Fortunately, there was very little damage. Just paint from the other car and clips that attached the rear bumper to the frame had been dislodged. I thought I would get an estimate and send the bill to the party that rear-ended me. After a quick inspection, the car was brought in, rear bumper buffed and clips re-attached to the frame. When I went to pay, I was notified that there was no charge! Wow! I do have some other dings and dents that I want corrected, and you can be sure that I will be back soon to KC Starnes to do the work. They are fantastically honest, helpful, friendly, and darn it, I am running out of great things to say. But I do say..."They are the greatest!"

Sep 2015 -- 1990 Miata hit in parking lot while I was stopped. What do I do to attract these drivers? Significant damage to front left. KC Starnes to the rescue again. Body is back to showroom condition -- absolutely gorgeous. Starnes -- thanks again!! And, yes, the Miata and I celebrated our 25th anniversary together. My 1990 Miata was rear-ended and ended up hitting an industrial sign. Damage to front end, drivers side and rear end. Insurance company considered a total loss. Starnes Auto Body rebuilt. Looks new and now I will be able to celebrate my 25th anniversary with this car. Starnes -- thanks!!

Had Deer damage and the first place I thought of was KC Starnes Auto Body Inc. I have a 2001 Infiniti QX4 and the parts were a bear to locate. Casey and his staff pulled through and was able to locate every part needed to get the SUV back together. Another tough job was matching the champagne color to match the rest of the vehicle. Again, Casey and his staff matched the color perfectly. When my SUV was done you could not tell there had been any damage at all. In fact it looked like it rolled off the show room floor.
