Wont go back again! Have a fleet of 9 vehicles and will not use this shop again. Quoted us 12 days to do repair - took almost 2 months. 3 weeks into repair I called the shop, since we had not heard from them, and work had NOT EVEN STARTED! They said State Farm hadnt gotten back to them- but they never called us - as we juggled one less car for weeks! In 5 minutes on phone with State Farm I got them to authorize work. So work finally began. For several weeks Carriage Shop told us car would be done "this week" then each time at weeks end said it will be "next week". This went on for weeks! Finally picked up car and asked for copy of their communications with State Farm so that we could prove why they took 2 months to do the repair (so we could be paid for 2 months of loss of use) - said they would rewrite it and give it to us. I called several times for over a week, each time being told they would call me back-but they didnt until 10 days after my first request. They called and said the letter was ready and we could pick it up. My son went to the shop to do so and they changed their mind and refused to give it to us. They said they didnt want to be held to anything that was incorrect. We are Extremely dissatisfied with the Carriage Shop- their lack of communication, excessive delay in repair time, and unprofessional way in which they conduct business. Will not use this shop ever again.

A true pleasure to work with; professionalism, knowledge, and integrity. I do not write many of these at all but the way I was treated warrants me telling others that the entire team went out of their way to make sure everything was done well and to my satisfaction. Michele and Cathleen are in the front office and handled all the paperwork effortlessly. Bryan provided a fair estimate and subtly demonstrated his knowledge and experience. When I came to get the car a gentleman named Israel explained to me that he painted my car with precision and pride. This is a family business that understands hard work and customer satisfaction to protect their business. One last thing, I was so impressed with their service that I offered to introduce them to a friend of mine who is an executive at a Property and Casualty Company. They gracefully declined. They explained that they prefer to position their allegiance with those whos cars they fix. After thinking about it I realized they are more dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction than volume. This all too rare but very much understood and appreciated. I would entrust these folks the next time I need auto body services.

*Pasted from my yelp review* Standard Insurance Repair Walked in the door with my insurance paperwork; they requested I sign over my insurance check to pay for the "parts". I called my insurance rep; they said not to do that. Went back in; they asked to sign a document that included requiring a deposit; however they then back tracked and said I didnt need to sign my check over or leave a deposit. They question me about if I used a local bank and the money had to be in my account. ??? I setup an appointment; 20 minutes later they call me and state that it would be mutually beneficial for us to not do business and they would not be conducting the repair. You can read into that however you want. I have reported this activity to my insurance company.

Well, let me say that theyve been here a long time, and for for very good reason. What I like about them the most, is that they are tremendously honest, and will go out of their way to try to save you money. In the case of my car, I had some minor damage and they were able to refer me to a dent guy, whereas two other shops never mentioned the dent guy and one wanted to charge me over $900 for a repair that will probably end up to be under $300, tops Before they referred me to the dent guy, they buffed out the paint on the side of my door, and did not charge me a penny. I only had $10 in cash to tip the guy, and I had a talk him in to accepting that. From a 42 year resident, highly recommend this family owned and operated business

The staff was great! The work excellent! They did everything including dealing with a slow insurance company. I have read a post that said they took to long, well your getting The Best and I would rather it take a little longer and be done right than a quick job done thats not perfect!

The folks here are warm and friendly. They assisted with the insurance issues, the rental car and did a topnotch job on the repair. While I hope not to need their services again, I will surely use them if needed and recommend them without reservation.
