If you value your vehicle you owe it to yourself to take it to the professional, knowledgeable people at the BWP. The entire staff works for what is best for you, not your insurance company. I purchased my Honda for many reasons but quality and safety are at the top of the list. Brian and John worked diligently not only to put my vehicle back to manufacturers standards but actually protected me from my insurance company who was willing to cut corners and save money by not putting an important section of my vehicle back properly to manufactures standards. A vehicle that I love and more importantly drive my wife and children in. The dedication Brian has to do the right thing is nothing short of amazing. He researched and provided authorized documentation form Honda Corp on how a particular section of the vehicle was to be properly reassembled after an accident and presented this to my insurance company. This and other issues were addressed while serving other customers in his busy schedule and while this was taking place BWP continued to updating me on the progress of my vehicle. My patience was rewarded with my car being returned to me in perfect condition, yes perfect! I know a thing or two about cars in general and I know my own vehicle even better but the tech who painted this was flawless. I continue to see to look at it daily under different light and you just cant tell where the new paint ends and the old paint starts. Nothing short of amazing. Great works guys! I learned a lot with my experience and feel fortunate I selected Body Works Plus and now I understand not all body shops are created equal. That is why they are part of an elite group who are authorized by Honda Corp to correctly fix their vehicles back to OEM standards not "Industry Standards". To be in this group you have to be invited by the manufacturer not just sign up or pay an annual fee. Think about for a minute and ask yourself, who do I want working on my vehicle and how do I want to be treated. The good people at BWP work on all vehicles not just one brand so if your in the market remind yourself how important your car is to you and ask, do I want it done right or do want to take a chance on my insurance company doing the right thing for me. I should add that many times insurance companies have made people whole again but not for me in this case when they tried to strong arm their way over the right way. Thank you again John and Brian for having my best interest and your continued professionalism, you have a customer for life. This is just one persons experience but by the time you read this "The Good Hands People" will have one less policy holder. Note: I have no grudge against the many people in the insurance industry who make a living providing products for all our needs, they are following the rules and regulations that have been asked of them, I have difficulty accepting the decision makers who craft policy and procedures that value profit over safety.

7.21.16 UPDATE:, I was in another accident, but this time it was my insurance company involved. I didnt trust taking my car to anyone but Brian at Body Works Plus. For the second time, Brian and his staff exceeded my expectations! I am very cautious about where I take my car to be worked on..PERIOD. However, for the second time, I felt like I was leaving my car with family at Body Works Plus. I NEVER had any doubt that when I dropped my car off, it was going to look like a million bucks when I got it back (like new and detailed!). The staff at Body Works Plus did all of the negotiating with my insurance, and I felt like they were the ones on my side making sure that the highest quality parts and products were used. Brian himself kept me informed the whole way, which made me feel like my car mattered to them. It wasnt just like an assembly-line repair shop like I have experienced elsewhere. Body Works Plus, you have a forever customer in me! This will be my only choice for body work in Charlotte! ********************************* November 2015 Brian Davies bent over backwards and did everything he could to make sure that my car was put back in the same condition that it was in before somebody hit it. He was a true professional and made a terrible situation pleasant by treating me with the utmost care and customer service while my car was at his shop. I had a terrible experience with the hit and run drivers insurance company. My car was only 6 weeks old when a woman backed into it in a parking lot. Her insurance company was a nightmare to deal with and gave me the run-around for months and all the time refused to repair my car to the condition it was in before the accident. I felt completely re-victimized by the insurance company. Brian stood up for me from the beginning and negotiated with the insurance company on my behalf to get my car fixed the way it should be and to the utmost quality. Brian and Body Works even detailed my car before returning it to me. I would highly recommend Body Works Plus to everyone I know and would use them again for my car or future cars. Brian and his staff are extremely professional and courteous, and I felt very safe and secure leaving my car there while it was repaired. His staff even coordinated with the rental car company to make sure that my rental car was dropped off and picked up right from his shop. Thank you Body Works Plus! This was the best Thanksgiving Day present!

So… let me start by saying i’m a car guy and i absolutely treasure my car. i take care of it, i work on it, i drive it the way it’s intended to be driven, hard, aggressive and like i stole it. the day that some lady decided to hit me from behind at a stop light was an extremely horrible day that really tested my patience. i was pissed and ready to lose it but i had to stay calm because well, i didn’t want to go to jail. the good thing is that it was a minor fender bender(rear bumper) and my car wasn’t permanently damaged. so what’s next? deal with insurance and find a body shop. because i’m so picky about my car, i looked up the best body shops in the surrounding Charlotte area and one shop stood out in almost every article i saw. Body Works Plus and i’m so glad i found them. from the first phone call, i was assured that they will take care of everything and asked me to bring my car in for a look. i get there and they take my paper work and handle everything and i mean everything. they started communication with the insurance company, inspected the car and we made a date for me to bring it in. they even dropped me off at the rental place because the rental service was late in picking me up. they kept in contact with me during the process and assured me that my car was being taken care of. the work got extended due to the wait for parts but it was well worth it. also they handled communication to keep extending the rental car and keeping the insurance company in the loop. the process was basically on autopilot for me and let me tell you, 2 weeks without my car and being forced to drive a POS sonic was horrible but they made it bearable. finally i get the call saying my car is ready and to come pick it up. i was so excited i rushed out of work and headed down. when i get there, my car was washed and looking so pretty!! they went over the car with me showing me the work and you can’t even see the difference in paint color, it looks 100%. i can’t be more excited and happy about the work and service provided by Body Works Plus. they are the best body shop in charlotte. it’s a bittersweet relationship because as much as i loved what they provided for me and my special car, i hope never to have to come to them for another accident again. but if that unfortunate event happens, i will call them immediately. Body Works Plus- thank you for your work, professionalism, service and high quality skills. thanks for everything.
