I would not recommend ANYONE having their vehicle painted at this location. I had a terrible experience all around. Based on the following: I dropped my vehicle off on Monday June 6th and I was told the vehicle would be ready on that Friday. I contacted them on Friday to check on the status and I was told the vehicle would be ready the next day (Saturday). On Saturday they called and said that oil leaked on the fresh paint and they needed more time to repaint it. I asked when it would be ready and I was told Monday. Monday rolls around and I havent heard anything from them. I called Monday evening and was told the vehicle would be ready on Tuesday. The same scenario continued until Friday. Finally on Friday I went to pick up the car and the car was filthy. I requested for them to wash it so I could actually inspect the paint job that has taken 2 weeks! They sprayed it down with water without drying it so I still wasnt able to see if a good job was done or not. By this point I just want to get my car and leave. By the time I got home the car was dried. I found several spots that werent painted at all and a 2 inch crack wasnt even repaired at all. Which was agreed would be repaired when I dropped off the vehicle. There were 2 spots where paint was already chipping off. There was paint on the interior of the door and a small hole in the interior of the door. I went back and I spoke with the manager and I was told they missed these spots because they taped over it and they would take care of it on Monday. I requested a personal guarantee from him that the car would be completed on Monday. I went back on Monday morning at 8am and was told it would be ready by 4pm. I received a call at around 3:30 and was told they needed a special paint and the car wouldnt be ready. At this point I had enough, with their stalling, lies and lack of professionalism. I took my car and left and will make sure no one I know will ever give them any business.

*** DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE !! *** How does a $380 job turn into thousands $$$ worth of damage?? These 4-5 star ratings have raised serious question on being authentic customer reviews. Companies like MAACO have developed a slick way of manipulating Googles marketing package to drive unwitting customers to their sub-par facilities under the guise of being an affordable, reputable, professional business. I was such a customer. I took the bait of this disguise and once the mask that they put up on Google came off, I found myself in a nightmare of having incompetent, hostile, dishonest people. Not only did they do a job any kindergarten art student would run circles around. The poor workmanship and lack of care for my hybrid vehicle resulted in thousands of dollars of damage that were not present on my vehicle before entrusting them. Not to mention, my late model vehicle is now two distinct colors with rocks & gravel embedded into the paint of the vehicle. They damaged the windshield by chipping the glass and spraying some type of finish onto the windshield wipers that has been smeared across the glass. Their corporate & customer relations department places a distant second place to the the management team of disgruntled workers in fast food restaurant. If I can provide the names of the owner, shop manager, lady who handles mediation and customer relations district person, I will. Google has lost its credibility because they allow themselves to be used by greedy businesses manipulate unsubstantiated reviews to take advantage of consumers. Bottom line is this is a group that simply doesnt care what theyve done to affect others. They have no conscious and given every opportunity to correct their mistake they fail to act in good faith. Run as far away from Uh-ohhhh! Better NOT get MAACO! Now my insurance company has gotten involved to help me in compelling MAACO to do the right thing!

06/30 - UPDATE: finally got response and action on my problem. The office manager, Michael, contacted me and looked at the paint job. He apologized for the previous lack of communication and the issue with the paint. took the car back and they took care of the problem from the overspray on the windows to the poor taping job. Now everything looks great.. Im very pleased with the final results. Thank you Michael for taking care of the issues. I truly appreciate it. For that reason, Im changing my one star to a 4 star. Thanks again! ************************************************************* I would not recommend this Maaco Location. I had my 2007 Mustang repainted. The price was good, but the final paint job was not what was expected... Very sloppy job all around the edge of the convertible top.. they dont seem to know how to tape a car off before painting. . Ive called numerous times trying to get them to fix the issue but they never return my calls. Their availability is terrible... they are only open till 5:30 during the week.. I work and cant go by then. But they advertise the are open from 9 to 12 on Saturdays (they advertise this on the internet and when you call getting their voice mail it states they are open 9 to 12 on Saturday)... Ive gone by the past two Saturdays before noon and they are always closed..no one there. I have left numerous messages for Chastity as well as the manager to call me back, however no return calls. And they NEVER answer the phone when you call.. you always get voice mail. My next step is to contact the owner, as this is a franchise location. This past Saturday, while I was there, another customer stopped for her appointment.. said she had a specific appointment time to bring her car by but, when she arrived, no one was there. Very poor customer service and no communication. I strongly suggest you go somewhere else.

Took truck in for paint job on doors and when picked up doors paint had a lot of bubbles in paint and also runs.manger said he would fix so I had to find a ride for Friday and the weekend cause the manger said he would fix it and for a few extra dollars he would paint the whole truck. Monday I get a ride to Macco, this is a week now without a car and to my surprise my doors still had bubbles in paint, the rest if my truck had some bubbles some runs a Hughess amount of what the called over spray and tail lights had paint on them. The worst part was my truck had sticky stuff all ove the front door which I showed to manger and the painted over that and oh boy could you see this from a mile away. So now the manger puts me in a rental car and says my truck will be ready on Wednesday. Got a call on Wednesday and said it would be Thursday. So today the manger drives my truck to my work and sure enough it still had bubbles in paint and a run all the way down my door. Wow what terrible service right? Theres more. I made a claim to cooperate 3 days ago and they said they would call within 48 hours. No call so I called and the lady said someone had already called me.no one called me I told her and she said yes and said that such and such talked to manger and they are fixing my truck. Can I not get a phone call?
