Over the years, we have bought many cars from many dealerships. I can honestly say that this is the best experience we have ever had. We received immediate contact from Jim Valesky after sending an email through their website, he gathered information on our trade over the phone and began working on that, and kept in touch as he knew we were heading to the dealership that day. The dealership was easy to locate and upon arriving, we were greeted and received immediate attention. Jim had the SUV cleaned, indoors, and perfectly prepared for us to see upon arriving. We were able to inspect it over inside a warm, well-lit bay (one of my favorite parts!) After a test drive in rainy, sloppy weather, we returned to the dealership, very easily and fairly negotiated a deal, and within a short time, the car was returned to us beautifully cleaned and ready to go. This was stress-free and there was no pressure at all. Nick completed all the financial paperwork very quickly and efficiently, and we really enjoyed meeting him. We had a personal tour of the MKTs features and before leaving, Jim even suggested a restaurant for us to eat dinner. It was as good as he had told us, and even called us to make sure we didnt get lost on the way. For us, this was a first-rate experience and I will definitely return to Klabens when needing other vehicles. When you are in need of a new or used vehicle, you will not go wrong checking Klabens out. Ask for Jim and I promise you wont be disappointed. I started my day at a Chevy dealer, looking to get out of a Malibu lease that I was upside down in. Now, I knew I wasnt in the best shape credit wise, and with the lease, it made things even worse. GM Financial gave me an option to get out of the malibu and BUY a base, and I do mean base level cruise for an outrageous amount of money. When I asked about other options the GM salesman said "youre already locked into a lease, we have nothing to gain by working another deal for you". That being said, I left. Now, I have never stepped foot into a Ford dealership in my life. I stopped mainly because my wife pushed me to look at other options. So Klaben Ford, here we go. I walked in the door and was greeted in a friendly manner by Matthew Coxson. I explained to him my morning and what happened, as well as what I was trying to do. He smiled, and said, lets see what options we have. The process was so smooth and so easy it seemed unreal. Within a few minutes I was test driving a Fusion with tons of features my Malibu didnt have. When we got back Matthew informed me that they were able to not only get me approved, but at 0%. His level of professionalism and respect for me, my time, and my situation has made me a "Ford guy" for life. I will buy every one of my cars from this guy because of the service that was provided during this visit.

After receiving sub-par treatment at other dealers, my husband and I decided to travel 35 minutes to Klaben Ford upon a friends recommendation. Upon arrival at Klaben, we immediately noticed the dealerships spotless facilities and upscale, yet comfortable, atmosphere. We were greeted instantly by sales associates and then a rare event happened: the owner, Mike Klaben, actually took time out of his busy schedule to meet us. Amazingly, he not only met us, but also asked questions, listened intently to our answers, and communicated our answers to the salesman, Jim Valesky. Jim Valesky, in one word: phenomenal. We have purchased/leased everything from luxury cars to used cars at dealerships across the U.S. and have never had such a world-class, and easy, experience. Jim spent time getting to know us and at no time did he exert any pressure on us, or use any of the typical "salesy" techniques. Literally, he could not have made our experience any better. Jim is an exemplar of what a genuine, trustworthy, and customer service oriented, auto professional should aspire to be. If we could bestow more than 5 stars upon him we would! A++++++! We will definitely return to JIm and Klaben for our next vehicle. Thank you so very much Jim!

This was the second Escape that I have purchased from Klaben Ford of Warren and I could not have been more pleased. Stacey was my sales associate and she was terrific. (She also sold me my first Escape as well) Stacey was patient, knowledgeable and very professional. But most of all, Stacey is a nice person and someone who you feel comfortable talking to. After working 42 years in the retail business, mostly from the management prospective, I have always believed that a companys most important asset is its associates, for it is they who the Customer perceives what kind of company they are dealing with. I can tell you with great pleasure Mr. Klaben, that Stacey is a valuable asset to your team. Natalie, who helped me through the financing process was superior as well with her knowledge and professionalism. I have also always been treated with the most respect and professionalism whenever I have my vehicles serviced. I love the fact that the Customer greeting and waiting area is separated from the back shop service area.

I went there today for an interview and my experience was great. The sales person that greeted me wasnt like other dealerships Ive been to on the past. They approached me and asked who I as there to see instead of jumping me to trade in my truck. I was shown the way to the persons office. The position I was applying for wasnt open but they did suggest several other ones they felt I would fit in. From there I was directed to the service department to meet another gentleman who described a possible employment opportunity for me to consider. Very professional and very customer service oriented. On the way out of the interview several of the sales team were showing customers the lot and vehicles. I over heard one talking credit and financing and they are very willing to work with people to actually help you manage your debt to income ratio, unlike other dealerships where it is all about the sale. Employed or not, when trade in time comes for my truck I will be going to them.

Spent over a $1000 on a check engine light, John said its was some hoses and leaks that triggered the codes, fixed them, issuer still exists with same codes, took back, said something minor was wrong, light came back on third time, took back, John said now its related to transmission, coincidentally transmission gone bad and had to replace it for $3500, light up to date is still on and brings up the same exact code that it did on first day at this dealership. Tired of taking it back again and again and spending more money on car rental!!! Just know what you are running into before going there. Im no match to compete with these guys for lawsuits or any financial reimbursement!!

My experience at klaben was exceptional! My salesman chuck was great! He was helpful and wanted to make sure my daughter got the right first car. He called me three days after we purchased a 2011 fiesta. I told him that the passenger side window didnt roll down. He had me come in and they fixed it free of charge (even though used cars only have a 1000 mile powertrain warranty) Karl in the service department was awesome! He was friendly and they fixed the car quickly! I couldnt be happier with my experience at klaben and would definitely buy a car there again! If youre looking to buy a car, go to klaben and ask for chuck! Youll be glad you did!
