FALSE ADVERTISING & BAIT AND SWITCH APPROACH. I came in with one of their promotional flyers, the title to my trade, and cash in my pocket. I left very dissatisfied and never wanting to do business with this shady car dealer. Flyer was too good to be true. Chance at $5k cash, $15 in cash just for coming in, and they promised to pay original base MSRP (minus anything over 12k miles a year) on your trade (too good to be true part). Well, I didnt win the $5k (to be expected), they said they could not give me the promised $15 because the dealership was out of cash. I said fine, then give me a check for $15, they said no, it was until supplies last and their supply of cash was out. They offered me a $1 scratch off lottery ticket instead. I SHOULD HAVE LEFT RIGHT THEN AND THERE. I figured Id stay and see if they would honor the other part of their offer, which big surprise, they did not. They did not even come close to the promise of what they would offer for your trade. They wanted to give me $2000 trade in value on a less than 3 years old import with automatic transmission, ac, pw, pdl, and less than the 12k miles per year. They later upped the offer to $4000 for my trade like they were doing me a favor. The sales guy was the only thing nice about the dealership, he was new and it was not his fault the dealership is shady. Sales manager was a slippery snake. I also did not like the rude lady who checked the numbers off the flyer. She looked like she was over 50 years old, but dressed like a low price call girl. Not very professional in my opinion. She bent over and it looked like one of her silicone boobs was going to pop out. Maybe if she was 20 years younger it would have looked appealing. I did not buy a car from this dealership during my visit, nor will I ever give them any business in the future.

in March we went in looking for a Nissan Rogue with a rack, we were very adamant about the rack because my friend needed the rack for canoe and kayak. we were told we could take one without the rack and a rack could be ordered and installed on the vehicle. During that time the salesperson and someone else came up with a rack and loading system they could do. It sounded great and we said ok. I think at that time they knew Nissan didnt allow them to install racks, the only way to get a rack was if it came from the factory. Several weeks later and the rack and loader arent here so we ask about it. He said he would get in touch with the outfit they ordered it from. It was probably then they found out that even with that system you must already have a rack. a while later we text the salesperson and he responds with a call that the place said they sent it and it was delivered but offered to give their money back since it did not come. So then they want to give us money back but all we wanted was a RACK. Asked the salesman if we could trade for one with a rack and he said yes. Then he goes looking for one in the area and comes back telling us some are found but it will add $6000.00 to the loan because the car was sold and driven off the lot so it is now used. Is this fair? That car never would have left the lot or even been purchased at all if there was not the promise of a rack. After the fact there are friends saying OH NO you didnt go o Pat Fischer! I have written to corporate as well and will take it to the attorney general if I need to. My friend wants to just go down there, return their car and get the money back minus their $6000.00 and either go to another dealer or buy a Hyundai Santa Fe.

Bought my nissian from here 2 years ago, traded it in for a jeep in october of 2016. I bring in the paper work to cancel my extened warranty and the guy filling out the paper was very rude and tried having me sign the paper without filling in my information. I wait a month and my check still isnt in the mail. I go into the dealership and try speaking to RJ and wait 45 mintues, another sales guy takes my information and says Ill take care of it and call you monday. Monday comes no call, I call Tuesday leave a voicemail no return call. Wednesday i finally find his card and call his cell number to be told it would be taken care of the next day. Now its Thursday RJ finally calls me saying they needed more information about the trade in, which they had all of since Oct. He proceeds to tell me my check will be in the mail monday. Monday no check, by Friday still no check. Friday i start calling and leaving voicemails no call back. I explain to the lady that answers the phone what is happening and she get me in touch with the lady who writes the checks. Thus lady tells me my check wasnt written until the 13th of Dec so it should have went out in the mail on Tuesday of this week or Thursday, and if it didnt I could pick it up today (saturday) and she would call me back and let me know. Never calls back, so I call leave another voicemail no return call. Drive down and she doesnt work on saturdays and the finance managers want me to come back on monday.. How hard is it to just give me my check?!?!?!

In my 20+ years that I have been buying cars, I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a better experience than I did at Pat Fischer Nissan. I had recently been in a bad car accident, so shopping for a new vehicle is what brought me into Pats to begin with. I was weary and skeptical but I can tell you that Pats team took that feeling away immediately. They were friendly and incredibly professional, but the best part is that they were REAL! They didnt put on that whole "car salesman" vibe. They made me feel comfortable and at home. What I really loved is that they worked together to find me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted... JD and the Manager Mike Garcia gave me their full attention and worked tirelessly to get me financed and found me the car I wanted, not what they wanted to sell me... Even the owner Pat Fischer himself took time out of his busy day to make sure that everything went smooth for me and that I got approval for financing. Wow!! I have NEVER experienced service like that at a dealership. They put all my worries to rest and I walked or should I say, drove out of there a customer for life. I will never go to another dealership other than Pat Fischers. If you are looking for a great car and a great deal, do yourself a favor and go see Pat and his team... I want to say to Pat, Mike and JD, from the bottom of my heart, Thank You. ~Scott Reed ( Customer For Life)
