DO NOT take your clothes to this place. My mother had a $200 shirt which was brand-new in perfect condition (directions were to dry clean only) which their dry cleaner machine ruined completely. The ladies at the store (who are actually very nice People) even acknowledged that the machine ruined it and that, if it was their decision, they would pay us back. Still, the owner refused to pay ANYTHING for the shirt or even give ANY kind of credit for dry cleaning. Not One penny offered, despite the fact that we have spent at least $200 per month there on dry cleaning for several years. Instead, the owner sends the shirt to an "Independent Laboratory" which is really a company that Sun Clean pays to write a fancy report that says essentially whatever the owner wants it to say...simply a tool to protect their bottom line. Even this report acknowledges that the garment COULD have been messed by the machine, but that it COULD also have been a "design defect"...trust me, there was nothing wrong with this shirt . We are not the type of people that expect something for nothing, but when we were legitimately screwed over by this place, they did nothing to accommodate us. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating long time, paying customers like this. Needless to say, we will not be going back. It seems the owners care only about their bottom line and not their customers.
