***update November 2014*** My car has now been hit a total of 3 times since moving to Miami a year ago - not once my fault. So for better or for worse, Ive gotten to know the folks there better than Id planned to. They continue to be friendly, helpful, efficient, and sensitive to your financial situation. In my case, the car was in for collision repair and they fixed a minor parking lot hit-and-run dent basically for free. My car looks great, and Ive got a few hundred more in my pocket. (Which Im saving, because in this city the next accident seems to be always around the corner.) ***original review*** It was a decision to give Allstate (no relation to the insurer, as far as I know) 5 stars because I actually had to take my car back after noticing the paint matching wasnt exact. Im fairly particular and didnt notice the difference when I collected my car initially, and friends took a second to see the difference once I directed their attention to it. Paint matching is difficult, and the difference was slight and only noticeable in certain lightings. I returned to Allstate expecting a body shop annoyed at a customer nitpicking about a six year old base model Honda Civic, and an argument of some sort about having already accepted the car, etc. But there was none of it. Allstate acknowledged the small mismatch and fixed not only that but a few other cosmetic things that were not the result of the accident and which they were under no obligation to repair. To me, thats the mark of a first class business. The car returned looking better than before the accident. I was not at fault and under no real incentive to keep costs down, but Allstate did the work for less than the adjuster had expected. Its hard to think of any motivation for that except honesty and professionalism. Ariel is professional in his treatment of customers. Hes thorough, available, and make sure I understand the details of what was being done to my vehicle and why. It seems like they do a good bit of work on cars orders of magnitude nicer than what I rolled in, and it was nice to feel as though I got the same treatment they did. Allstate is in a tough business. People want two weeks of work done in 24 hours and routinely blame body shops for preexisting damage. In my opinion, hallmark of professionalism is willingness to make things right with a smile. Thats exactly what I got at Allstate and thats why I convinced myself that five stars were warranted. Id recommend it to any friend without hesitation.

I just picked up my car today from Allstate, and Im beyond impressed! I have a 2007 Si Civic in blue pearl, and my original factory paint job was defective. My car looked like it had been through a sandblaster! I waited a long time to get the paint fixed. I didnt know where to take it or who to trust in the area. I was referred to Allstate by a fellow acquaintance and couldnt be happier! My car looks like I bought it brand new yesterday! The paint is beautiful - the color is shiny, glossy, and reflects as though youre looking into a mirror. Im so very happy with the results. Not only did they complete the work above and beyond my standards, they also accurately predicted the time it would take to get the car back to me. The staff is very friendly, and they understand how important your car is to you. They would send me pictures and keep me posted throughout the process. Your car is important to them as well - you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. And as a female, its hard to trust anyone in the world of car service, but I can tell you now that I have a body shop I can go to, and trust! I will definitely be recommending Allstate to anyone looking for a body shop!

I recently took my wifes car, 2010 Nissan Altima, to Allstate Custom Paint and Body after someone hit the back of her car in a parking lot. Im always skeptical about paint and body shops not matching the color correctly, not smoothing out dents and bad customer service. So a friend referred me to Allstate Customer Paint and Body and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was very friendly and courteous. After the work was done on my wifes car it was as if it was a brand new car. The work was impeccable. This is how business should be conducted with great customer service and quality of work. I recently referred my grandmother to Allstate Customer Paint and Body because she loves her Cadillac CTS and just wanted to repaint it to give it that new look. She didnt believe it was the same car. Bottom line...the work done at Allstate Customer Paint and Body is top of the notch. You can bet the quality of work or the customer service. Highly recommend to anyone to use their services.

I truly want to thank Allstate for the amazing job they did on my cadillac. I went elsewhere at first and the estimate they gave me was ridiculously high for the damage that i had on my car. After searching on google I found this amazing body shop and went for an estimate. Lenny was very helpful and gave me an estimate, i dropped off my car Tuesday morning and received it the same day in the afternoon and the car looked as if nothing happened to it. Yza and Lenny were so nice and helpful, you can tell this is a family business as they also make you feel like family. I was so satisfied with my car that this will be my go to place for any damages I may have on my car. I was so surprised at how quick and professional everything was handled since I am a little used to body shops trying to rip me off. Overall i will definitely recommend them to anyone who has some damages on their cars. The staff, Lenny, Yza, everyone was so helpful and nice. Thank you guys for making my cadillac look like new again.

Let me start by saying that this place does top notch work...PERIOD! I had an accident 2 days before Xmas. Brand new 2015 Mazda CX-5, Ive only had the car 7 months. I was upset and bummed as you can imagine. My good buddy Izzy said "man take it to Lenny and Isa at All State Body and Paint man and youll see". Id been to other body shops in the past 7 years and they all gave me the run around or excuses why my car was still in the shop for weeks over schedule, you know the same old blah blah blah. Well I took my car to All State and Ill never go elsewhere again (hopefully I wont have to lol!) Anywho as soon as I got there Isa took care of everything including calling my rental company to come get me and she even knew which car rental location to call for a speedy pick up. Her service and her staff were amazing and my car was done in a week... WOW! So happy and my car looks better than NEW! They do all type of work and the price was awesome! Dont take your car anywhere else TRUST ME!

I cant say enough about this Body Shop. I was referred to it by a family member and have used them now a couple of times and most recently on a bad accident I had. I thought the car would be totaled; however, the persons insurance company thought otherwise and said that it wasnt a total loss. Not only did the folks at Allstate Custom Paint and Body do an INCREDIBLE JOB on my car (picture uploaded below) they also fought for me as a customer with the insurance company. I cant say enough about them and that why I decided to write my first Google review and do it for this company. The people there are extremely professional, straightforward, but most importantly you can tell that they care about their customers. Something thats so difficult to find in Miami.
