On the Early morning of Wednesday april 10th I went to this place because I need my two bumpers fixed, new muffler new paint job and wanted to ask the people working there if they can do the job on my lexus 2008 model. when I ask the person who I didnt get the name (big mistake) was rude to me and told me WE ONLY DO BIG JOBS HERE WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU. I was like Ok rude but OK . I see a guy with uniform washing a car and I ask them if I can pay to get my car washed while I was eating at paseo catracho next door HE TOLD ME EVEN IF WE WERE TO WASH YOUR LEXUS ITS 50 DOLLAARS YOU DONT HAVE MONEY .. NO LIE GUYS HE TOLD ME THAT !!!!! I pull out my wallet to show him I had 400 cash all bens ! he got super mad and started screaming and calling my fiancé which is 4 months pregnant ignorant and dumb for being with a guy like me, was threating me that he was going to hit me. told me I was illegal in this country. ( Im a Fallujah IRAQ VET 2009-2011) luckily my girlfiend recorded everything and we have in video when this employee slams his hand on my car !!! spend 5 hours at my boss lawyer office yesterday and were going to sue with proof and damge to my car !!! this place is very unprofessional see you soon AA Body shop !

Ive worked with A&A for a few years. Any wrong, Amavele would attend. Was very happy for a number of years with all that they did. Most recently, I had a Porsche 930 with a number of paint issues... so A&A was the ones to attend the car. Undercoating did not come out right. Typical Amavele... He was willing to do it again with no argument. Much respect! Second time around the texture was right----but the under coating never dried. I could push through the paint and the under coating was mush. Paint on the tail section remained tacky---it did not dry weeks after being done. I was advised that the "paint was not supposed to dry." I like forming long term relations---theres value for all involved. Unfortunately with the continued issues... it was heart breaking. Being told paint was not supposed to dry... Thats crazy talk.

This is the best auto shop! Mr. Lee is such a kind hearted man and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. He did an amazing job on my car and he even went ahead and removed some dents from the rear bumper that had nothing to do with the accident. I came yesterday to see if they could help me swap out my Chevy Bow-tie on my Tahoe. they switched it in less than 6 minutes and when i asked how much i owed, they said nothing as it was so easy. The Dealership wanted to charge me $270!!!! This place is one of the GREAT businesses in Miami. Should i ever need a body shop, i will look no further than A&A. Thank you Again Guys!

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Went to repair my car and took about a week. After driving the car for a while the battery fails on me. The car is not old and it was perfect before I went here. They either stole my battery and put a old one or completely drained my battery somehow. So dont go here.

Absolutely HORRIBLE & ONLY speak Spanish. My mother took her car here & not only did they OVER CHARG her (she is elderly) they took several days longer than they said it would take. I would NOT recommend. The mean are rude & only speak Spanish.
