This place has been the biggest scam ever!!!!!!! I had a minor accident, my front left side was completely destroyed, cheap cars are after all made of plastic. Well a perfect Don Juan showed up at the scene, buttering me up, and since I have zero experience, and nervous from wrecking my car, I took the bait. Well after I got home and my head was clearer I went online to check their reviews and turns out they were all horrible, why would my experience be any different. I was also ignoring what the towing guy told me, something about feigning pain to get money. I was baffled and I got scared. Foot was way up mouth, but I wanted out. I called a couple of buddies of mine and they all advised me to never trust these kinds of hooligans because they look for money, and milk it as much as they can out of insurance. So I called at 3pm- to say not to do any work on the car till I get an estimate, and no answer, the business was closed. Mind you, the message clearly says they open at 7am-5pm. That day I didnt hear back from anyone. The next morning I was there at 7, on the dot. The office opens at 9am, which means I would be late to work. I get back at 9am, I tell them I wanted the car towed to my place, I would fix it my self, the owner greeted me, and blankly stated out, the car was total loss, to start shopping for cars. This was repeated to me over and over. Unbelievable. An adjuster later came to tell me, the car was far from being total loss, at this point, I was angry, and I wanted nothing to do with that place. I went to go pay, the lady in the front desk, blatantly rude that the car was being taken away, "oh its 500+" as I handed her my credit card she claimed it had to be cash, (mind you the previous day I was told credit/debit was all accepted) and she was already sending me off to the nearest bank, but I stood my ground, I dont have that money, and there was no way no how I was going for the bank, to drain out my checking account. I told her that it wasnt what they told me, and it had to come down to me bitching for them to give in. In conclusion, I was charged 500+ all for the car to get towed (apparently twice?) and for the car to be parked outside. Its safe to say we will never do business with them, ever again.

The tow truck driver illegally lied to me and said the insurance would cover all the costs. When i arrived at the place they forced me to pay over $200 out of pocket which was supposed to be used for Christmas gifts for my family. I had to ask my father for a loan and I explained this to the owner. He couldnt have cared less. The guy just wanted to make money off of me by being dishonest since Im an inexperienced college student and this is my first accident. When i went to pick up the car some of my possesions had been stolen. I had to go 3 times and wait for an hour each time to see if if anything would get done, they were delaying everything so they could keep the repair job. They finally bought the car to my house, and the license plate is stolen! Im writing a police report because apparently this isnt the first time they scam someone. They committed multiple crimes against me, and theyve put me through so much trouble hopefully the owner gets arrested for scamming hardworking honest people, so he cant trick anybody else

If i could leave a -5 star review I would. This company is the worst auto collision company Ive dealt with. They are liers, they tell you they will help you and get you rentals, etc, and it never happens. when you need your belongings, they tell you to come get them, then they tell you they dont have it, you have to go somewhere else to another place they have. when you get to the other place, then you realize they kept some at the first place you went to, and you need to go back. The owner NEVER answers, never gives you any explanation, the secretary IS A JOKE, the only person worth talking to is Alex the tow truck driver who seems to be the only decent and honest person in that place. DO NOT GO, YOU WILL WASTE TIME AND MONEY. not a legitimate company, bunch of thieves.

Please be very careful with this company our car was taken there by a towing company and in the morning they asking for more than 500 plus dollars to move the car.
