time painting my car 2 years ago it didnt came out as professional there was alot of missing spots but i didnt want to complain because it wasnt a big deal and i give maaco a second chance by bringing my car again now this time my experience was horrible first they told me that my car was going to be ready in a week at the end it extended to two week i had to paid alot of money for a rent car when i when to pick up my car the all inside was painted the seat my radio the dash the carpet alot of spots the paint was falling the window was also painted you could tell that they cut alot of steps to finish quick and at the end they give me and unfinished results I complain to then they told me they wore going to fix it and it will be ready in 2 day those 2 day they multiply 2 more i had to waste more money on another rent car when i finally get mt car haft of the thing i point at they wore not finished i got so mad

Had my truck worked on, they painted it , did body work, 1st time they told me the truck was ready, they didnt paint the roof, thats aside of the truck. Being dirty. Then they call me up and tell me the truck is ready again, still dirty !, again!, after paying them as I was leaving, I noticed they painted over the area which was keyd , I went back 2 Weeks later, cause they told me too., to drop of the truck to get fixed. They called and told me the truck was ready again., the truck was dirty again, then I noticed they tore the black trim of the bumper, was torn off and sitting in the back of the truck, I was told they could glue it on, I was so disgusted, I told them to just Clea. It so I could get out of here, body work was horrible, a ape in the zoo could have done better....

After 4 weeks and $800 paid for arental car bumper an fender doesnt fit, not in line. Luis (the manager) an Eduardo lie after lie. Called to Maaco corporate to deal with them (because is a franchise ) and they lie to them too. They also didnt fight with the insurance company because they buy the cheapest and worst parts available. In this case they make me to paid extra $100 (over my deductible) to make them to buy the genuine bumper from toyota, anyway they bumper is not in line with the fenders. My car didnt have any internal damage, only the bumper and one fender but this guys can not make that a bumper and a fender fit in line. SEE this picture, they call it "perfect job" . Im filling a complaint to Geico to make the car look like it was in a different place.

I left a body kit here to be painted and the next situation happen. 1 they told me it was going to cost me $150 then they call me and said is a lot of parts is $246, 2. they painted the wrong color, 3. they fail to contact me to get the right color since they lost the color code to painted right (I past by after 2 weeks to see what was going on and they told me about the mistake of the color) so why you guys didnt give me a call? After 3 weeks I call to see the progress (they hardly answer the phone) and it was done a long time ago but again nobody call me to notify. I pick they up all dusty. 4. If you dont remove or tell them to remove the transparent stickers that protect the doors they will paint over they and this crack easily making it look cheap work.

First time and last time ever. Worst experience imaginable in this place. They called to pick up the car because was ready. As soon we received the car missing and broken parts in car. Dirty inside like a carzy. We never received a sorry from Mr Eddy. He request for us to pay for the broken parts they broke. The excuse was parts when broken at the removal moment. They are professionals. Why dont include this parts in the initial quote where are parts easy to break in any moment? They take only cash another problem that required to drive next day again with the car to finish to pay and fix the car. I dont recommend this place to anybody. Worst experience ever.

The guys over at Maaco are absolutely stellar! Luis Torres helped me out and told me it would take a week to get my car painted, it took them only 2 days!! He also hooked me up with Luis over at enterprise rentals and got me a huge hookup to get a rental car for cheap. Not only that but by getting it done in two days he saved me hundreds on the total cost of renting the car for a week! I cant say enough about these guys. Absolute rock stars! On Feb.17,2014, I took my Ford Explorer for a Hood Paint work. The hood was really in bad shape. I even took photos before and after. When I went back to pick up the car, I could not believe the SUPER EXCELLENT job they did. Even my next door neighbor said that he will tell family and friends to come here for any paint work. Eduardo, Luis and Hugo were very professional and with a very friendly attitude. I highly recommend this place for any Car Paint work. Keep up the good work guys.

Great Price- Great Job-Great Customer Service! Some of the reviews on here are very harsh and almost prevented me from even getting an estimate. I am glad I checked them out. Took my mother-in-laws 2001 Ford Taurus. Luis was great in showing me the quality of work they do, gave me a great estimate and the car came out beautiful. I am now going to have my own car painted there and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

I highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone who needs to freshen up the paint on their car. The service is outstanding, the work is top notch, and the speed of completing the job is phenomenal. Plus you cant beat the price. I cant believe how fast my car was done for such wonderful work. Luis was the best!!! Hands down, this is the best experience i have had dealing with an auto body shop. Excellent costumer service!!! They fixed my rear bumper and fixed a door. Everything looks great, and they work fast!! I totally recommend them. Their prices are very affordable, and everyone is so nice, they even vacuum the inside of my car!!! My dad loved their work so much hes planning to take his car in for a paint job. If I ever have the need again, I would definitely come back.
