Please read the full review if you car about your vehicle, not the one-line 5-star reviews. After two experiences with them, I have had enough. On two separate occasions, my insurance company has subjected me to the horror of dealing with these irresponsible, disrespectful people. To make a long story short. First time with them, my vehicle went to them after a rear-end accident. After I received my vehicle, I had to send it back to them twice, because NOTHING lined up in the car, hardware missing(such as the mounts for the spare tire), gas cap did not close properly. After receiving again, it went right back to them because after re-installing the rear windshield, they did not reconnect the antenna. They also did the fix the rear suspension that was damaged during the accident and they had to replace a speaker that they punctured in the repair process. After finally receiving my car, I see that there were deep gashes along the bumpers, fries and childrens toys under the seats, an extra 400 miles on the odometer, and over-spray on my windshields. To top it off, after a few weeks, my rear bumper fell off because it was not installed correctly, and Sunpass sent me pictures of my vehicle going through tolls when it should have been at the shop! After three months without my vehicle, youd expect my car would be like new, but my 5-month-old car looked like a 10 year-old used car. As for the second experience, after learning my vehicle was going to Tropical, I drove over there to speak to them. After being “greeted” by an older gentleman that appeared to be the owner that didn’t bother looking up from the sandwhich he was eating, he said I was mistaken, that he knew every car there and mine wasn’t there. After a manager walked in that had knowledge of the situattion, I was able to share my previous experience with him, assuring him it was that Tropical because I had personally dropped off the car that original time, they assured me the would take extra care of the car. This was not the case. The car had to go back for re-work because they could not get it right. They broke the weather stripping on my door, again, they did not bother to check the alignment of the tires to see that the suspension had been completely damaged, they did not replace the tire(t-bone accident where tire was damaged) even though I was going to be charges a "betterment fee". There is over-spray all over the inside of my car(AGAIN!), everywhere from the radio screen, the inside of the rear windshield, the dash. This place is horrible, they keep saying the vehicle will be done in a week, but they just keep pushing the completion date further and further away, week to week. I refused to surrender my vehicle again to them, every time they have my car, it comes back worse. Do yourself a favor, and do not take your vehicle here!

These people completely scamed me!!!!! The reviews below are absolutely fake. I spoke to the people at the Subaru and they told me that Tropical has the worst reputation i Miami. Thanks for pocketing the insurance money and not even changing the radiator. Now I have coolant leaking all over my heads and the cars engine is failing. I had a professional diagnostics done and you guys totally screwed me. Im filing with the BBB, opening a fraud case with the insurance company, letting everyone in Social media, the Internet, and my friends in the New Times and Herald know that you guys should not be in business. I"M NOT GOING AWAY>><><>>> YOU MESSED WITH THE WRONG GUY!!!!

This is the second time I bring them my wifes car after an accident. Again, they did a fantastic job of taking care of the damage. Im very particular about where I leave my vehicles for repairs, and they havent let me down. I highly recommend using them. Thanks again for the great service!
