Very dishonest people, they were paid for new tailgate and new set of decals for a Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4. I asked them to save the old tailgate and decals. They ripped the decals off the old tailgate and applied it to the new tailgate and kept the new parts for future use.. they applied the decals crooked and scratched from them digging them out of the old tailgate.. Asked the guy what happened and he game some BS story.. I will never go back to this shop nor do I recommend this shop to anyone else. The Ram dealer actually recommended these people, will let them know the situation as well so they can avoid future problems. The only good thing is the car was ready very fast, but all they had to do was install new bumper and tailgate.

Recently , I fixed my car at International Collision . I was attended by Celso. He provided me with the Insurance claim service, my car looked terrible from the crash . Celso kept me up to date, during the repair process. When I went to pick up my car I could not believe the high quality detailed repairs I could not where my damages were . I would recommend International Collision to anybody . Thank you for your great Service!!

To start off, Frank the service manager is a top notch guy, the service, the call backs, the updates, all on point. If you want someone to give it to you straight, no bs, these are real guys and I highly recommend them. I am in no way affiliated with them, just a local customer that appreciates excellent service. I had a big dent did not know were to then I found international collision they gave me a written estimate at no charge they sold me on the repair 2 days later when I pick up my car I could not tell where the damage . Thanks to there Professional staff and reasonable price my car was all set I would strongly recommend them.

I just got my car back from International collision repair and I can honestly say, if there were ever a definition of customer service, they are it. Frank, the owner, personally ensured that I had my car back in time and collaborated beautifully with my insurance. I would recommend this shop for any repairs in a heartbeat.

How this shop hasnt gone down for fraud is beyond me. The 5 star reviews must be from family/friends/employees or they are paid reviews. Save yourselves the massive headache and avoid these lying scumbags.
