The North

This shop is so cheap. They tried to put on a knock-off brand on my German vehicle that comes off from a 2006 car when in fact my car is 2010 and think they can get away with by being so cheap. In fact, these knock-off brand will not fitted my vehicle properly because its a 2006 parts. The inspector doesnt care, did not do a good job at provide an accurate estimate. $300 to fix my car? They must be confused my car with a Honda or Kia. I went to three different body shop, they assured me it would cost me at least 3,000 to fix these damages. The only reason why I went there was because the insurance company for the responsible party are afflicted with this shop and its closer to my home.

They told me my car would take 5 days to fix and the appraisal they gave me they said if any more damages are found on the car they will noticed thats a complete utter lie. I called to make sure it was ready before I returned the rental I had and they told me the car wasnt ready they were still waiting for parts. Ummm hello how are you not going to call and notify your client ? What was their respond? "We dont call the person has to call to check the status of the car and we let them know " Im currently waiting to get my car back. Hopefully they do a beautiful hon on the car so I can forget how unprofessional and no work ethic this place has. Never again.

This is the worst body shop in Miami, and let me tell you I have seen a lot of bad ones. They steal from your car. I had a Key West magnet in the back of my car and they took it. They broke the button that is used to switch the mile trips. The repair that they did was not aligned. They have zero attention to details. The Colombian girl in the front office has no interest in helping the customers. She always looks and sounds annoyed all the time. This will be the last place that I would take my to for any repairs. If you read this make sure you take your car somewhere else.

Avoid at ALL COSTS. Brought in my brand new car.. the parts they used sound hollow and cheap, the paint job is horrible - you can see the drips, door was not aligned.. so bad I didnt even take the car back for them to fix. Dont trust them. Ended up taking my car to another reputable body shop to have them fix their mistakes the right way.

My car was involved in an accident and I took it to this location to have the insurance claim done. I was extremely pleased with their timely work performed on my car. I was also very impressed with their customer service. Absolutely no complaints. I would highly recommend this place.

One has to wonder how this body shop is even in business given the horrible reviews. Tried to give them some work but they wanted to charge $30 just to look at my car and provide an estimate.
