Its encouraging to see businesses that legitimately care about their customers in todays Miami. I brought my car here for repairs and received an estimated time for completion the next day. The date didnt work for me since I needed to move, and I explained this to the staff. They went above & beyond to have my vehicle ready before the original estimated date, which is the exact opposite of places where they give you a date & dont have it ready until after. I recommend this shop to anyone that enjoys professional & prompt work done.

I would review them better if I could have gotten an estimate. Stopped in a 2 in the afternoon. The receptionist was helpful but the nearest estimator was involved with some kind of issue on his computer. When I asked if I should make an appointment the receptionist paged for someone else. After 10 minutes the original estimator came out of his office and didnt even acknowledge my presence. I left, since if this initial service was any indication, this is not where I wanted the work done.

Great Customer service and quick work. I dropped off my car and had nothing to worry about until I went to pick it up. They have a great relationship with enterprise, so they pick you up and drop you have at Caliber. Martin and the front receptionist really took care of m and couldnt have been any nicer.
