Pésima atención!! Nunca me imagine que mi dealer me enviaria a un sitio como este. Al ser un lugar autorizado y especializado estan en la obligacion de prestar un buen servicio. Me acerque a ellos pues quiero agregar un accesorio a mi automovil (concretamente un spoiler) al llegar y preguntar Por eso, la respuesta del "profesional" fue: LO HAGO PERO NO LE ASEGURO QUE QUEDE DEL MISMO COLOR. Aqui es donde empieza mi malestar, pues siendo ellos un taller especializado deberian garantizarme que quede igual , del mismo color. Este personaje solo se limito a decirme que nunca los colores serian los mismos, y que solo aseguraban el color negro. Con todo eso que me dice este profesional, mi conclusion es que este taller NO SIRVE para pintar carros, pues todos van a quedar con tonalidaddes diferentes. Lo ironico del caso Es que me dan una bussines card del taller y al leer me encuentro que dice " complete paint & body work - color match & quality guaranteed" Nada mas alejado de la realidad..... NO LO RECOMIENDO...

Ive had my car repaired here before and it was great but not this last experience. I wont mention the name of the guy just out of putty but totally screwed me. I felt like he was siding with the insurance company and delaying the process of getting my vehicle fixed to the point that we capped out on the insurance limit because of the rental. He didnt believe I had damage under my vehicle caused by the accident until I had my attorney call. Total bullshit. Because of him I had to pay an additional 500 to the rental company. Oh and also shotty work. Left my car with the seat belt in the drivers side not able to work. But I refuse they get anymore money so Im taking it somewhere else. I would never recommend Imperio.

Fixed my vehicle in a timely manner, but STOLE $6 to $7 dollars worth of change out of my car. When I called to give them a heads up of what was going on in their shop the Manager refused to come to the phone and advised the Secretary to have me to come in. Luckily I work in the area so I stopped by. Once there he still would not come to the front to speak to me. He sent the Supervisor Andy out to tell me verbatim, "we advise all of our customers not to leave anything of value in the car and we will be glad to help you again in the future." Service like this you guys will never work on any of my vehicle again and I will not refer anyone to you.

While on vacation we were hit by an 18 wheeler. The damage was extensive and fortunately our insurance company directed us to Imperio. They stayed late to receive the vehicle, were very courteous, explained the process, kept us informed throughout the repair and finished ahead of schedule. We flew back to Miami, picked up the vehicle. It was like off the showroom floor. Could not be more pleased with the work they did and how professional they are.

Great place and employees! My car was done quick and came out perfect. The insurance company had no problems paying what needed to be done after learning we too it to Imperio. Insurance adjuster also told me it was a top notch body shop. After dealing with them I determined that to be true! I recommend anyone to Imperio Auto Body & Collision.

this people are amazing so profesional. I get texts to my phone constantly about the progress of my repair. My consultant Juan was so helpful and attentive , explaning every little detail as the process goes along and goin out of his way making sure i understand the terminology. learned so much thank you guys. Loved your coffee too lol

THEY FIXED OUR VW LEFT WAVES IN THE TWO FENDERS THEY FIXED AND LEFT A DING ON ONE SIDE . SAID THEY WOULDNT FIX IT . LEFT ORANGE PEEL AND SCRATCHES AS WELL STAY AWAY .
