They sell you and oil change service however, they dont check the other fluids or tires as they are supposed to do as part of their $90 synthetic oil change package. Before I even left the parking lot I found that my windshield wiper fluid was empty. When I called it to their attention they brought my van back in their shop and filled it with water not washer fluid. When I called that to the owners attention he said thats what they put in all the cars they service (water) I then get home to find the oil level low in the oil I just had changed. Additionally the lug nuts on the drivers side were lose. I just had them replace the front tires while they had it in for the oil change. Thank god I checked it before I got on the road to Orlando as well as the tire pressure they under filled. This isnt the fist issue with this place Ive had however as they stated they were under "new management" I gave them another shot. Avoid theses clowns and go somewhere else, I would never put myself or my family at risk by going back!!! By the way if I could have given zero stars I would have! Almost 4 hours to change 2 tires and oil change when they say an hour is a joke. Update, so I came out to my car hours latter and found the reason for the low oil. It looks like they didnt tighten up something because there is a huge puddle of oil under my car so now, I have to have my car towed and hire someone to remove the oil. Armature hour without a doubt. Now Im going to have to miss a work appointment and reschedule my trip because of their carelessness. Update, just got a call from from the Dodge Dealer. So, the brain surgeon who worked on my car stripped the oil filter housing, something he would have known that occurred when he did it but instead they let me drive away putting my life and the lives of my family at risk because if the engine would have seized I would have lost control of my power steering and brakes. Right now the cost to repair the damages are over a thousand dollars however, until the dealer can get oil pressure in to the engine, we wont know if there is any internal damage as the dealer warned the engine could require replacement. I cant recommend enough for you to stay away from this place. Beware!!! Update, here I am months later and they still havent paid for the damages they caused. Im going to take them to court however, just avoid these clowns!!!

Of course they are nice to you - they want your confidence, especially if you know little about auto maintenance. After three negative experiences, our family will go to Golden Bear from now on. They cost more there but in this case I have found that I get what I pay for. This time Weston Tire & Auto took advantage of my wife, who knows little about cars. My mother-in-law has expressed her concerns after years going there (I suspect for the same reason) and I personally havent been back since they forgot to put oil in my engine about a year ago. Our family used this shop quite a bit under the former owner. Several times they went out of their way to meet a competitors prices - even Costco - and I never got the feeling that they were looking for opportunities to up-charge. The last straw with the new ownership was last week when they sold her a tire she clearly did not need. I had plugged a screw-hole in my wifes newer tire but asked her to check it because the plug was old and dry. The air held overnight just fine, and I would have replaced it that evening after work, but why take the chance? Well, that cost us $150 we could have spent elsewhere. When I called to complain they explained two things. First, they didnt actually TELL her they couldnt patch it and she needed a new tire, they just recommended it. Second, they didnt mention the plug because they dont use them. Both are misleading and intended to sell a tire without regard for the customer. There apparently would have been nothing unsafe about patching or plugging, but it was "recommended" why - because she is a woman and doesnt know better? Of course they dont use plugs because they cost 25-cents, are perfectly safe, and take two minutes to install. Theres no money in it for them. I guarantee that if I had taken the car in, they would not have tried to sell me a new tire. Enough said, this place is now off of our list of Weston retailers and I hope you will avoid them as well.

Great service!!! The staff is so friendly and professional, Jean Carlo did a great job by reviewing my punctured tired and he recommend to change it because it could´t be repaired due the fact the nail on the tire was on the external edge of the tire and touched the outside wall causing a bump, he even brought one of the mechanics to take a look and give a second opinion on the tire and he concurred, all this checks were made with no cost. They did not have the tire in stock because it was a Continental not a Goodyear one, but Jean Carlo called the warehouse to order it, because it was around 1:00 PM the tire could not be delivered on the same day and I should wait one day to change it, but Jean Carlo called the warehouse again and told the guys to put on hold the tire for him, and he personally went to Pompano to pick it up in order to be able to install it on my car the very same day in the afternoon. I came back around 3:30 PM and the tire was already there and they changed it in no time, I just had to wait around 20 minutes and the installation was done!! They even gave me an alignment and balancing service for free whenever the car need it. Again, congratulations for the great service and the amazing customer oriented staff this store currently has. I totally recommend this store to anyone who needs new tires or any tire service.

Agradecido inmensamente por la ayuda que me brindaron los jovenes de Weston Tire and Auto. Tuve un incoveniente la semana pasada con mi carro, al parecer la bateria ya no funcionaba, llame a varios talleres esperando una ayuda y de 5 locales alrededor de weston y sunrise solo ellos tuvieron la amabilidad de auxiliarme. Pude ahorrarme $90 en un servicio de grua, el cual no era necesario. Completamente recomendados si buscan un lugar en cual confiar y al mismo tiempo que te ayude ahorrar dinero. Pregunten por Rafael o Daniel, excelente servicio al cliente!

I had been going to this place for years and only had one problem, until recently. These "mechanics" did a basic oil change and tire rotation on vehicle. As part of the $30 package (a ridiculous price) they perform a "12 point vehicle inspection." Well somehow in their "12 point inspection" they failed to realize that my back break pads were about to go and one of my calipers was malfunctioning. These people sent me on a 1,200 mile road with barely any back breaks and a temperamental caliper. I ended up with a bill from Pep boys who actually took the time to inspect the vehicle properly. Dont bother taking your car here, if something is wrong with it these people probably wont catch it. Dont waste your money, dont waste your time, and dont gamble that theyll actually catch any problems.
