Imperial did an amazing job!!! Randy took the time to explain the insurance process to me as well as work with the insurance companies to make sure my vehicle was restored back to the way it was before someone backed into me. It is frustrating enough to have someone damage your vehicle, but then you have to deal with his or her insurance while trying keep up your work and home responsibilities. Randy’s additional effort to get in touch with the insurance companies and even have them call me really made a world of difference. The insurance representatives even made comments on how nice he was. On top of all that, they did an ***AMAZING JOB*** on my 2011 BMW. I am someone who is extremely picky and pays attention to the finest detail (to the point of annoyance) and I can honestly say that I cannot see any difference between where the factory work ends and the repair begins. If you are looking for an honest and direct body shop that will repair your vehicle the right way, without cutting corners, then this is the place for you. It was well worth the hour and a half drive each way!!! Thank you Randy and team for doing such a great job.

Havent had a chance to try this establishment. That being said, I called for a quote and they were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. They are also the only certified BMW body shop in area. I know, my BMW dealership sent me here. I plan on having my body work done here in the near future.
