First and foremost, I cant believe how inefficient that people work, there must be something wrong. For my bad luck I was referred by Allstate to repair my car there after a minor incident, no more than a rear-right bumper and one tail-light. Well, it took exactly 21 days to get my car repair. A whopping!! 14 days more than the estimated, the staff and the insurance Allstate adjuster were playing ping-pong all day with my calls I must have call around 20 to 30 times while the car was in there. They refuse to offer any information about the progress of the vehicle, and the person behind the phone always use the excuse that was unauthorized to offer information about the vehicle. My claims are: 1. Why if is the car owner calling, and you work in the answering the phone at the determined location? Why you can’t offer any information? So, who the hell will inform me about the progress of my car? Why bother to have something answering the phone… 2. Inexplicable, they call me on the after 13 days and told me that the car was going to be ready for pick-up within the determined schedule (14 Days in total). So I decide to take the rental car that Allstate assign me. Dumb decision, after calling in the morning to establish an hour to pick the car because the Allstate adjuster was required to be present. That day was told that the car was not ready; they refuse to tell me what was wrong with the car. 3. I wait 7 days more, to finally receive the call that the car was finally ready, to my surprise when arrive on that day, the car trunk was misaligned, they told me that they were unaware of the situations, So my guess that “THEY MUST BE BLIND THEN”, or they did not bother do anything with the car in the 7 extra days the car was in there. 4. Lastly to my surprise, when I see my invoice I noticed they charge $69.99 for each day that the car was storage in parked in their garage(or at least that’s why I hope), that’s a pretty good way to make extra money. 5. The final invoice was over $1.900,00 (parts that needed to be replace, rear bumper, tail light, and the rear absorber). While two weeks before the incident I was in much severe crash, where was required to change the 2 front tail-lights, the front bumper, radiator retainers, repair a bended steering wheel, repaint the hood, and replace the front suspension bar.—All was repair for $ 1.564,00 and they finish everything within 7 days at a official GEICO repair center. After that experience, I firmly believed that the Geico service is unmatchable in every single way. At least I did not have to pay anything this time, because the insurance paid all the bills. However, there most be something wrong with this place. And it is because inefficient employers that we have to paid higher premiums for insurance. I.V.

I gave this review one star because I couldnt give it a 0. Manager Alland Oregon is the rudest, most unprofessional individual I have ever met, what an embarrassment to Chevy and autonation. This guy bullys his customers and treats them as trash, he yells and degrades women and has no respect for anyone. The staff are truly incompetent, stay far away from this collision center. They painted my 2012 camaro two different colors, left a half an inch gap between my front bumper and hood, painted 1 of my rims a different color (so now I have 3 rims one color and the fourth a different color), there are scratches all over the "newly painted side", they misaligned my passenger door, they did not replace stips that they took off, they left my gas cap unable to close, and I can continue. They then tell the insurance that we are being picky and that the car is completed. They now do not want to take responsibility to do the correct repairs. This place is a joke. So disappointed in chevy and autonation, I will never purchase a Chevy again in my life, nor recommend one to anyone if these are the type of people they hire and have running there shops. Rather have tried fixing it myself, Im sure I could have done a better job. STAY FAR AWAY!!

This shop had my car for a month and a half. They constantly changed the date it would be ready for one reason or other when in reality they take in way more cars than what they have the manpower to handle. So my car was sitting there for days, without getting worked on. The car had small scratches that were not part of the original accident when I picked it up. When they tried to fix it, they scratched another part. I finally gave up because I needed my car and was over dealing with this shops incompetence. Unfortunately, I had to go back one last time when a sensor they had incorrectly secured came loose. So after going back 4 times after the initial 6 weeks they had the car, it became apparent it would not get any better than this, on the contrary. There were new dings and hairline scratches each time. Shoddy work and zero accountability in this shop, never again.

Dont trust this place. They kept moving the date they were going to deliver the vehicle and when they finally called me to pick up the car, the battery was dead. One of the guys that works there, had to jump the battery so I could drive home where the battery died again so I ended up paying a towing service to take the car to the dealership so they could fix it. I dealt with Ricardo most of the time and I couldnt understand why some of the work the car needed couldnt be done faster. Im not a mechanic but everyone I asked was surprised at the amount of time they took to fix my car. I would not recommend this place to fix your car.

Super terrible service !!! Had scratches on my car they cant connect bumper property .. They was space between bumper and my car .. They didnt want to and refused fix it ... Highly not recommended ..

Should be called Moron instead of Maroone! I though a simple repair covered under warranty could be handled by these morons, I was wrong. They cant handle even the simplest tasks.

They have had my car for a month now for a little fender bender and supposedly it takes about a week to paint a bumper. Dont bring youre car here
