DO NOT TRUST THEM! This shop is (was) a Progressive Insurance body shop, until they were caught on video joyriding with my new Corvette. I have video footage of speeds over 100 mph on the Palmetto Xpwy, gunning my engine to over 5500 rpm in low gear, in the rain, and spinning my tires. Even though my (legal) action is with Progressive Insurance, let this review serve as a warning to all the hard working, trusting and unsuspecting individuals out there if they leave their car for repairs at the Progressive Service Center in Miami. It is clear that they do this all the time, and you have no idea how they treat your sports car while in their possession. Even if the shops contract with Progressive is canceled and the employees fired, that will never be enough to overcome the feeling of being violated. Mercedes, Porsche, Audi owners, the Collection Dealership, all need to take notice and beware.

I went to this shop with my 2015 wrx sti. My car has a pearl paint job that the dealership themselves tried to match on two separate occasions to no avail. I ended up taking my car to Maranello as I got tired of playing russian roulette with other shops. They ended up taking the time to bring in a paint specialist to make sure that the paint match was spot on. The results speak for themselves and unless i told you that the rear bumper has been repainted you would not tell the difference from factory. Very happy with the results and the staff and management was very courteous and professional.

They were very professional, efficient, and present themselves very well, with all that said, they tried to charge me $1399 for a dent and scratch removal. Telling me this was a student discount. I have sent pictures to my mechanic back home and he said he could fix it for $300. Just be careful with these guys if you want to keep your money.

Got into a little fender bender and Progressive Ins sent our Lexus to Luis, All I can say is Perfect Perfect Perfect. Luis treated my wife like a true gentlemen. The body work looked equal if not better to factory paint job and to top it all off the car was perfectly detailed. Felt like we just bought a new car.. Thank You....

Great experience overall. These guys took care of me when my car was hit. Good work overall, they aim to please and threw in a touch up just to get my business. Nice guys with good quality work. Their pricing seemed reasonable to me.
