I took my Toyota in to have the roof painted after the coating failed and it started to rust. Rich was so down to earth and helpful. He gave me an estimate and made me feel as though he had my best interest at heart (he looked for ways to offer a discount on the labor, which he did). Later, when I dropped my car off, I spoke with Ariel. He was also very helpful and professional. It is so rare to find people in the car business that are trustworthy - but Rich and Ariel are definitely those kind of people! I dropped my car off and they promised to get the work done on time and within the estimate and they did! The car looked great! They buffed my headlights for free and washed and polished the entire car for no extra charge. Now, THATS service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for body work.

I just got my truck back today and I couldnt be happier with the quality and professionalism from this shop! I only had my truck for 3 weeks before a lady going in the opposite direction of me dropped a box spring on the front end. They dont make them like they used to so as a result I had quite a bit of damage. I had only gone to Buckeye to get a quote for her insurance company (I had planned to take it elsewhere). After talking with Rich I knew this was where I had to get my truck fixed. He and everyone else I spoke with are very down to earth and knowledgeable people. I am so thrilled to have my truck back, just like it was the day I bought it. Thank you to Rich and your awesome crew. I will be recommending your shop every chance I get.

Its taken almost 3 months to do what was at first promised to be a 3-week job! Worst Customer Service Representative Award: ARIEL! Very unprofessional... trashed the insurance company that was paying for the job and basically made me feel like a charity case cause they were "barely breaking even". In all the time that they took to get my car ready they never once called to give me a status report. I would always have to call to ask what was going on and I kept getting promised it would be ready "next week". Save yourself a headache and go to Karls just down the street!

I had the best customer service and experience ever. I met with Rich (The Owner) and Ariel (Shops Manager), before bringing in my car for an accident repair. They were patience and definitely caring. They delivered what was promised and on-time. The process was stress free. They handled everything for me. They made sure the process with the insurance and its repairs went seamless. I can honestly say, they are professionals working on your car/vehicle. They work on a lot of high-end cars. They are very reasonable and certainly experienced.

I got hit from behind by an AllState customer. It wasnt too bad but because my car was 12 years old and had over 200k miles on it, the damages exceeded the value of the car; Total Loss. They never did do any actual work on the car but Rich is very nice and professional and it all went very smoothly.
