Several months after having my car repaired at Pro Quality, I am beginning to run into an entire host of problems. The staff seemed very friendly when I brought my car in, for frontal collision repair on my Audi A3. The repairs totaled $4,500. After the repairs however, I noticed that my A/C was not working correctly, although they reported that they changed the condenser and recharged the system, and told me that it would cost an additional $500 to diagnose the problem. 6 months later, the A/C has stopped working, and I had to spend $300 to have it repaired at Audi. In addition, to my horror, I am noticing that the area on the hood which was repainted by Pro Quality, and looked beautiful initially, has entire chunks of paint flaking and peeling off. Whether they did not clearcoat the paint, or whether they used poor quality paint, I am unsure of, although I know that the repairs that were done here are certainly not "pro" or professional quality. I will probably have to dish out another few hundred dollars to have my hood properly repainted. Thanks Pro Quality!

Worst experience Ive ever had dealing with customer service and auto work. My car was estimated to be in the shop for two weeks. Ended up being in the shop for two months because they claimed they found additional damages that the store owner only told me would take one week to fix! On top of that they were unable to replace two of the parts on my car and I had to go and get fixed personally! Point is, dont call them!

Great owner and outstanding job quality. Ive used Pro Quality Collision West on multiple occasions for body work and they always outdo themselves. Im going back for a fourth time and Ive never been disappointed. Joe has always been amazingly accommodating and I appreciate everything theyve done. highly recommended.
