If youre reading this, then my advice to you is to stay as far away from this place as possible. The staff are uncourteous and make it seem as though youre imposing on them by asking them to stop watching "novelas" and actually attend to you. My first experience (and my last) was recently. I brought 3 blazers, 2 shirts and a few skirts for my Wife. They immediately attempted to charge me for suits, of which I did not bring any. When I advised the cashier of her error, she sucked her teeth at me and continued about her business. That should have been my indicator to get out of there, but I figured that maybe she was having a bad day. I picked up my dry cleaning and could not have been more disappointed. As another reviewer noted, it seems as though they did not actually clean my garments, but simply tossed them in a dryer for a good old fashioned "College Cleaning." The buttons were torn clear off of my Blazers. When I called to address my concern, I was told that "I shouldve checked everything before I left". Again, there are many other Dry Cleaners in the area that can undoubtedly do a better job.

Clothing not ready when said. When I complained they said they would take money off for the inconvenience. When I returned to pick up the clothing and went to pay they said they never told me that. Clothing was three days later than originally stated they would be ready.

This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever been to in my entire life. Not only did they lose my husbands $100 shirt, but they damaged another. (Then made us pay for it) ... Save your time and clothes- dont go here.

The staff is unpleasant, their rates are high and they routinely misplace items. It is also difficult to tell if they actually clean and press your shirts or just throw them in a dryer for a while.

Pretty sure this isnt a dry clean USA location but I just had a suit cleaned and it came out fine. They spoke English well and its convenient

Terrible. Lost slacks, gave nothing but attitude when told they lost my slacks. Zero accountability. Go elsewhere.
