He sido cliente de este lugar por años y siempre se habian caracterizado por tener buena calidad y buen servicio, desde que cambio de dueño los precios subieron descomunalmente, de costar una camisa solo planchar 1.90 a 3.40, no recomiendo a nadie que vaya a este lugar, si a los clientes de años los patean de esta manera que puede quedar para los nuevos, no recomiendo que vayan a este lugar.....

I have had a few items of clothing altered at this place and they have completely ruined two of my unworn dresses by sending them to clean after alteration contrary to my requests. It is shame that with such a great location and convenient hours, they do not pay attention to what matters the most - their service.

Not only are they expensive but they lie to you. They tell you that they can take a stain out and then when you pick it up they say "there is no way we can take the stain out" not only did they knew in the begining but they charge you full price.

My family and I have been going there for many years. We were always happy with the service, but ever since they changed owners the service has declined. The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. We will be taking our service elsewhere.
