Its was a HORRIBLE experience!!! As a first timer to this place, I dropped off 9 items all at the same time. I was able to picked up 5 of the items on time. Apparently, because of hurricane 4 of my item was delayed. The owner wife told me to stop by anytime the following week to pick up my items. That was ok, I showed up like the wife ask n the husband went OFF on me because I shouldnt show up anytime I want. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? But his wife told me to show up. Within the day The wife called me an apologize for her husband behalf due to his rudeness. N told me to come n pick up my items. When I showed up there was only 3 items that was available. Apparently, the plants or wherever have lost one of my items which is a Guess brand men dress pant! The wife told me she will compensate if they cant find my pant. I have been very patience with these people. I waited for weeksss and no one had said anything or called about my pants. The owner of the original pant went out n brought a pant for them to compensate it. Now everyone know the GUESS BRAND are not cheap! They was gonna originally compensate me $20 for the lost pant. Then they change to $50. Which thats how much I paid for the service of 9 items to begin with but I only receive 8 items. They would not compensate for my lost. The OWNER HAVE THE NERVE TO CALL ME A LIAR N SAID THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PANT. But they are the one who lose it. I will never comeback here. Horrible business n rude attitude. I already reported them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!! I would not even given them a star or a negative because of this post I have to give them a star!

Shoppers BEWARE. I dropped 9 pieces off on Saturday and paid to have each piece rushed. On Monday my husband went to pick up the pieces at 5pm as it stated on the receipt. I was told my clothes were at an offsite location and were not yet ready. Within 20 minutes they were dropped off. When we picked up the clothes they were still dirty and wreaked of perspiration. The collars of my suit jackets were dirty and the arm pits were as if I just dropped them off. I went back to the store at 6:50 pm, 10 minutes before closing. I was refused a refund and the representative kept asking to do my clothes over. I refused since I had already been without my clothes for two days. At 7:04, after pleading with him for my money back he suggested I come back in the morning because he could no longer open the register. Somehow the register magically closed itself at 7! Do NOT trust these people with your belongings. HORRIBLE customer service and extremely dishonest.

Very horrible service , my first time I went i drop off 2 items when i went to pick up I notice my dress was torn the lady owner said that she would keep if and would give me a call and I she would see how she can fix, they called a couple days after and said I can come get the dress , when I showed up she said that there is nothing that she can do and she is not responsible for the dress I was very disappointed , then her husband yelled at me and told me to leave and "people like me always want something " how am I wrong when then damage my item all I wanted was a refund for the dress that I paid for the dry clean I paid $80 for that dress and I couldnt even get refunded or nothing but instead I was treated with disrespect by this man all I could of done was cry I , please dont go to this place they are the worst and the man is a disrespectful racist.

I usually dont review businesses poorly but I just needed to let people in the area know that this place has the worst customer service ever! I dropped off a custom made item for alterations..... First time Ive ever had to pay for alterations ahead of time but I figured they must be good.... Well, joke was on me cause not only did it take a week to do it after I was promised an earlier date but I think my 9 year old niece couldve done a better job at fixing it!! I just wish that I could post a picture of it so everyone can see what a poor job it was!!! Needless to say, I will NEVER use them again!!

Came under new managment about a year ago and is now a family owned business. While I have been happily using them years, the new owners are very friendly and they immediately learned my name. The prices are good and I have never had a problem. I drop off almost weekly so good customer service and quality of work are important.
