I relocated to Miami, Florida from New York City. Unfortunately I had so many bad experiences with Dry Cleaners in Miami. One cleaner ruined my suit another tore the buttons off my shirt....and another lost my shirt. I was so upset that I went on to Google and searched for the best dry cleaners in Miami. This search revealed "Sir Galloway".....I had never heard of this company before. According to the reviews everybody had great things to say about Sir Galloway Except........the price was high. Listen I pay alot for my clothes and if I have to spend a little more money to keep my clothes in great condition I dont mind. I have been with Sir Galloway almost a year now and have had no problems. However recently there was a mishap with a truck that broke down......but the issue was resolved quickly. I must say I have become attached to my Sir Galloway Cleaners on Old Cutler Road....... I appreciate the great customer service expressed to me everytime I enter this establishment. Milagros and Rosie are the best.........they are like family. Great People. Try this store ......you will love it......!!!!

This place is for people that have money trees growing in their back yard. Took ten shirts to wash and hang with a $50 gift certificate I had recently purchased on an auction for kids with special needs. Tried to get an idea of the price on their website with no success. Somebody had posted their most recent (5/18/15) price list on the web (PDF format) showing wash and hang shirts for $4.50/each. Went back today and the price ended up being $140.89, AFTER THE $50 GIFT CERTIFICATE!!! Total cost of $190.89, or $19.09 per shirt!!!

They do a great job, but they are insanely expensive. You could buy new clothes with the money you spend getting them cleaned. Mens dress shirts are about $5.00 each, and dresses and silk blouses will break the bank. I once picked up a few shirts and a couple pairs of pants for more than $80.00. I still take really nice items there that I really love because I trust that they will do a great job, but I simply cant afford them on a weekly basis.

The personnel in Sir Galloway always provide high level service and great results even with difficult clothes issues. Milly went out of her way to help me personally with some trouble with my car and took me out of a very difficult position always with a smile on her face. Thank you for great service Milly.
