Durante un año estuvo recorriendo varios salones de belleza en busca de alguien que hiciera un buen trabajo con mi cabello y además una persona de energía positiva. Conocí a Carmen en Hairdoctors West Kendall y me encantó su trabajo en cuanto a color, peinados, y extensiones. Carmen es amable, educada y súper amigable. Carmen transmite gran energia positiva y sabe consentir a sus clientas.

I took off one star just because of the simple fact that when I went in for dye, cut and blow dry .. I felt that the stylist could have been more careful about splashing dye on to my hands and clothes but as far as the service and outcome I was absolutely amazed of how helpful Carmen was and how much attention to detail went in to my new look. I went from having this ombré look to having a dark red/brown color and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. I Definitely recommend her ! I dont know about the other ladies but I can tell you that she listens to your wants and needs as long as youre specific. My mother is going with her today because she loved how my hair came out !

Well, I received a call about original post, asked to return. I did. Let me start by saying the stylist is great her demeanor amazing. It is the toxic environment and lack of support to the staff that is getting this score. How is it possible that the price for a treatment that I have done consistently goes up in price by $40 in a weekend? Not to mention that the stylist brought to manager attention and she turn a blind eye and that the weekend I was there I was not attended. Furthermore, due to urgency, tried a different product, now I am here to say that the quality of the products is even worse.

Hoy visite Hairdoctors West Kendall y la expreriencia fue maravillosa, me atendieron bien y la peluquera Carmen me arreglo el pelo como yo lo quería y me encanto los resultados. Les recomiendo que visiten este salón y que se arreglen el pelo con ella porque es súper buena.

Great place and quality of service. Carmen always receives you with a smile. She is very knowledgeable in hair color and keratin treatments. She understands how I want my hair cut. You will not be disappointed. I suggest you make an appointment since she many customers. Did I mention that their prices are reasonable? Give them a try!

i went today to get hightlights and i was super scared to bleach my hair but Mercedes did a great job I love my hair and she was very professional and she stayed after 7 to finish everything! Im going to keep going and i really recommend this salon!

I love Carmens work. I travel from West Palm Beach to Miami each 3 months just to have her service ... she does very good job... very happy and I recommend on her to everyone for the salon :) Overall their service is very good :)

Caridad was great! She was very mindful that my hair is curly while cutting my hair to ensure that I dont look like a triangle head when its not blow dried straight! Great experience! Staff was friendly & prompt.

Omg where do I start....I had 4 colors in my hair, went in on a Sunday with 4 kids, and sat with Carmen , she did an amazing job on my hair...brought it back to life and yet never complained about the children.

Absolutely nothing! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Standing outside on cellphone while clients wait. One "stylist" said, I dont trim hair, its a waste of my time." Horrible experience.
