I just returned from a trip of a lifetime in Argentina, booked by Lorraine Travel. This agency is a true veteran in the travel business, and offers priceless customer service and guidance in booking both leisure/corporate travel. With so many online booking sites, it is easy to make the mistake of not using a travel agency. I am so glad I made the right choice! Lorraine Travels agents created an amazing itinerary through several cities in Argentina. Not only did they provide recommendations related to areas of interest, they assisted in booking flights and hotel reservations. They have great relationships with luxury hotels which allows customers to receive perks unavailable when booking directly through hotel or other online booking sites. I am already looking into booking my next trip with this agency! They ensure that my well-earned vacation time is put to the best use!

I have booked several trips through Lorraine Travel and have never been disappointed with the value and memories the travel experiences have provided. Both Greg and Angelica listened to what we wanted and helped us arrange an excellent getaway in Punta Cana at an exclusive resort that exceeded all our expectations. They also arranged for unexpected perks such as a welcome basket with champagne and other goodies. Richie Massa was incompetent. DO NOT BOOK WITH HIM. My three year old could have done a better job. He told us we were paid in full and when we arrived at the hotel additional money was demanded because he incompetently booked our reservation. It was embarrassing and stressful in front of our friends and family. Not only that but he misrepresented that he was educated about the resort and its rooms and the room he booked for us was not what we asked for. It was a total disaster. He then promised a refund that never came. Govern yourself accordingly if you gamble with Richie Massa.
