I have recently used Mann Travels to book my cruise and they are a great company to work with. In the past, I have always booked my own trips online until someone mentioned the benefits of working with an agency. Thats when I contacted Sandy at Mann Travels. She asked me what I liked and didnt like and put together the perfect cruise for me. I have never been on a cruise before so Sandy gave me all of the ins and outs beforehand so there were no surprises. They booked the right flight and the transportation from the airport to the ships port. The only thing that I had to do was get my passport and be where I was told to be when i was told to be there. They handled everything! Pricewise - They actually came in a litte less than what I found online. I highly recommend using Mann Travels to book your next vacation. Thank you!

Mann travel became the corporate travel partner for our company so I was obligated to use them. However customer service is poor, they are disorganized and are completly out of touch with prices. I had them quote a trip to Europe for business which seemed high. A quick check on Orbitz and in 10 minutes I had booked a superior trip for 30% less. a month later I needed to change some Euros back to USD and was in the area. Again, poor service in an office that looks like a bomb went off. Then the best part was offering me $55.23 for 55 Euro. After i said no way, they went up to $61. I again refused and they practicaly threw the Euros back at me. The exchange rate currently is 1.436 Euro to USD, so i should have been closer to $80. Beware folks, I wouldnt trust these guys to get a trip right or price fairly.

Booked my last 2 cruises with Mann. Im a big fan of the Park Rd office in particular. They treated my wife & very well and even went so far as to provide a few perks on our last trip. I gave them the details of where i wanted to go and they found the perfect cruise at the perfect price. I really appreciate being to put a deposit down and pay down the cost of the trip over time. Pretty sure you cant get this level of service anywhere else.
