I was thrilled to find a quality indie mechanic to take care of my Mercedes closer to home. Not to knock on my previous guy, but he was kind of far from me. So, I looked for "European Auto Service" via Google, and MasterClass popped up on the radar. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the shop. Clean, efficient, and (very important to me) locally-owned. They lean towards BMW but they also take care of Mercedes. Ive been by twice, once for A-schedule service and once to get my tires rotated, where they diagnosed an issue with my front tires being somewhat deformed and causing a wobbling noise. Im doing a tire replacement and they were more than happy to accept the forthcoming shipment so I didnt have to hassle with bringing the tires over. Also, they provide a comfortable waiting area with free Wi-Fi service and coffee. Definitely glad to have these guys around. Quality work by a locally-owned operation. Updates - November 10 2012. The evaporator on my E320 (W210) AC failed. It happens. And, as a friend of mine puts it "S--t costs money". So, I went to Masterclass and had them take a look at it, prepared for the worst. Honest and excellent service. They did the job on time and as promised, and even took my 210 out for a test drive to make sure everything was just so. And came under the estimated price. To top it all off, the crew gave my car a top-notch cleaning as well...awesome! Thumbs up for Masterclass Automotive -- support local business!

MasterClass is exactly that, masters of anything automotive and the classiest team of people I have ever had the pleaseure of doing business with! I have not only bought a car from MasterClass, I have brought that car back to have upgrades done to it and serviced. I wont bring it anywhere else. I am transporting the car from Atlanta to Miami just so they can do the work because theyre the only team I trust. If you have a BMW, Mercedes, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley, Rolls Royce, etc, dont look any further for a shop, you have found the right one. One example of how dedicated and enthusiastic they are about the work they do, Ronald, the owner, stayed until midnight on a Friday to finish my car so I could drive it long distance to Atlanta for my wedding. His team was working on the car until 9:00PM at which point Ronald took over completely to finish the job. Were talking big brake kit all around, new shocks and springs, new wheels/tires, A/C, replacing interior panels, replacing exterior trim, installing new exterior spolier and splitter, etc. Upon completion of the work, he then buffed and waxed the car until he was 100% comfortable with the final product. Like I said before, the best shop I have ever worked with is MasterClass, look no further! Ronald and his team will have the utmost respect for you and your car and youll never take your vehicles anywhere else.

Great place to service any German vehicle in the Miami area. I went and meet with them, asked them about what to look for before I bought my BMW, and got a great custumer service from them. They told me that they do a pre-purchase inspection before I bought mine, and woul check and tell me all the things that would need attention before I made my purchase decision. Ronald, and his mechanic are very knowleadgeable and he worked at BMW for over 13 yrs and was highly recommended from various BMW guys. They showed me the parts that needed replacement and once I picked up my car they showed me all the new parts that were replaced. They gave me a quote and called me to authorize the work before they started. I have been coming here for service 5 times this year and every time it has been great and stright to the point. They charge $105 an hour compared to $180-225 from other BMW Dealers. Pass by, call them to make an appointment because they get busy. I own two BMW and I am pleased that I found a great mechanic.

This mechanic shop is one of the most honest, experience, and consist of the most highly skilled mechanics you could find. At one point in my life, almost two years ago, my wife and I said, we were never driving Bmw or Benz anymore. Due to most mechanic shops and Dealerships always trying to overcharge us and the dishonesty they displayed were unbelievable. I always researched or diagnosed my car problems prior to going to any mechanic shop. Let me tell you, Master class restored my trust in mechanics. They are genuine and to only what you need with their diagnostic and recommendations like no other. I am so glad to have found this shop. I can drop my car off and relax and not trying to see or reanalyze what mechanics so called found or trying to do. Try this mechanic place once and you wont be disappointed. Best BMW shop in Miami, period, with very reasonable pricing, they quoted me half what the dealership was charging for inspection II, half! They did a great job on my car and Ive returned almost yearly for preventative work and remain extremely satisfied after nearly 6 years. The owner mechanic is certified and used to work for many years at a local dealership in Miami, the man is a doctor, so experienced he knows these cars inside out and by memory. Frankly this place is like family almost, honest and friendly what more can you ask! By the way Ronald works on most luxury vehicles that I know of, Porsche, BMW, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini, VW, Audi, Mercedes Benz and more are often spotted there. He knows his stuff. This isnt an ad, Im objectively stating my experiences with them. Highly recommend.

My wife and I own a Mercedes Benz 500SL and a ML500 and we only felt comfortable taking them to the the local Mercedes Benz dealer for service, even though we felt that they were overpriced and the service mediocre at best. About a year ago a relative told me about Masterclass Automotive. Even though I was hesitant at first I did take my wifes ML500 for a second opinion. The local dealer had recommeded major repairs to correct a trasmission fluid leak. Without telling the technician at Masterclass what the dealer had recommended he confirmed the problem, but at a fraction of the cost. I have been going there ever since. They are all very knowledgable, friendly and professional. The place is very clean, and if you make an apppointment you will be in and out in no time. I highly recommend them

Is it possible to find an honest mechanic? Yes it is..at Master Class. Ronald and the entire staff are friendly, timely, courteous, and extremely professional. I recently moved to Miami and was recommended to M.C by a good friend. After one visit I now bring both my vehicles here for service and wont go anywhere else. The prices are much better than the dealer and Ive never had to bring a vehicle back for any mistakes. Everything has been done right the first time and I am an extremely satisfied and returning customer.
