The shop has great customer service and my car turned out to look amazing. They offer you an upfront estimate which turned out to be much cheaper than most body shops in miami. This estimate is promised and never increased for any reasons. I would give this shop 5 stars if it wasnt for the amount of time it took them to fix my car. The first estimated time of repair given to me was 3-4 days, this was delayed 3 times and the car was not finally released up to a week and a half later. Other than this inconvenience the shop did what it promised, and that was to leave my car looking how i expected.

I received service from Advanced Automotive in Miami over six months ago in 2016. First they did not complete my oil change, and I had to return twice to complete the service. Today, my service light is still on. In addition, they did a botch job on repairing my hood after a car accident. I contacted them immediately and the Manager agreed the job was poor. I asked for a refund for that specific service which I was told I would receive. Not only have I not been reimbursed but they stopped returning my calls. This company is a scam and they are very rude and condescending to customers.

I purchased a used suv at a small dealership and I needed to have it diagnosed for an engine noise. I had a friend of mine recommend Advance car care in flagler st. I spoke to Fernando who is a great honest person and he directed me over to his service director by the name of Jorge. Jorge was super patient with me and took the time to explain every detail possible of what was wrong with my S u v . These guys are the best so is the rest of the staff. I as a woman highly recommend every one to this place.

Went here looking for a better price for rear brakes on my 2009 Mini Cooper (Firestone quoted me $620 for rear brakes). Advanced Auto Diagnostics was able to replace my brakes at an awesome labor rate for $400 LESS than Firestone. The guy at the front desk even called me when the car was done and said "I was actually able to save you a couple more bucks than the original estimate". Took the car in on Saturday at 10am and it was ready by 1:15pm. Thanks Advanced Auto Diagnostics!!!!!

Ive been doing business with Fernando @ Advanced Auto Diagnostics for the past few years, and they have saved me thousands in repairs. On more than one occasion I was misquoted repair work at the Maserati Dealer where I purchased my GT. Fernando has personally called me to come down to the shop to show me "proof in hand" of the real issues, and resolved them cost effectively. I trust this shop, I believe in the quality of their work, and more so, of their work ethics.

Ive been here three times in three months - once for an oil change (done while I had lunch nearby); once for new brakes; once for a new clutch. Their prices for parts match the best Ive seen online; their labor rates are good; their charges match estimates to the penny. And when i said "just do all four brakes", they said "your rear brakes are fine - wait until you need to." Highly recommended.

If you have a import and dont want to pay the (arm and a leg) dealer prices this is the place you want to go. And they are the best at what they do. I went trough 3 different independent auto shop before going to Advanced, and they fixed my Bimmer in the nick of time.Ask for Fernando and/or his Pops. Love you guys, Fernando You the MAN!!!

Cheaters!!!! I hade gone for the first time for oil change, and than thay told me that i need to change front control arms(500$). Second time i also was changing oil, and thay say eveything is ok with control arms, and thay wonted to charge me 330$ to change one day light on 08 series 3. I change it at home for 5 min!!!!!

i have been to a lot of dealerships and shops to get my car serviced here in Miami and I have to say I am very satisfied with this shop. First time here and not the last. Staff was super friendly and professional. My car was fixed and hasnt given me any issues. I totally recommend this place 1000%
