When you go to this place emplyees act as if they are doing you a favor. The "welcome to autozone, may I help you" is totally lost. I can understand if they were busy with other customers, but this also happens while you have no customers and you have two or three having conversations in the back while leaving one cashier to try to deal with incoming customers.

I had a horrible experience calling this place. I was assisted by Juliette and Belkis. After being spoken to in a rude manner by both I had asked for their names and their supervisors names. They refused to provide me that information and hung up on me. Autozone needs to improve their hiring and training process!
