I dont have any negative thing to say about Tire World Auto Care and their service, they always have time for my cars repairs, they let me know any problems and they always give me the best and less expensive solution to fix them. Even when costumer are not allowed inside the shop, they let me check safely how is the work its done and if I have any other issue with the car. Since February 2015 I been taking all my cars there and they treat me like its been way more than that!!. THANKS T.W.A.C.!!!

When bought new tires, did alignment, change brakes from and back. Wasted a lot of money they told me that I had warranty on the tires 40,000 miles. Less than 2 years(18,000 miles) tires were gone. When back to them I show them the invoice they gave me. I told them that they gave me warranty of 40,000 miles, they said they wont be able to do anything. Without even checking the tires first.

The best shop I know in town! Just because they showed me they cover the warranties they give you. Bought set of tires a year ago one fail due to factory problems and they replaced all my tires with 4 brand new tires! My only advise.. try not to buy chinese tires, it is important to have good tires, they are the only thing keeping you away from sliding in the high and killing your-self.

I left my car there to get tints done while I was in the area. They called me afterwards and said in an hour it would be worked on, and around 45 min after that it would be finished. I came back 2 hours later and not only was it not done, it was sitting right where I left it and they didnt know if it was even in the shop or not. Very unprofessional.

Free inspection, but bad inspection. Never check properly. They inspected my car and said it has transmission problem. After I went to another repair shop and they said the problem is shortage of transmission oil. These people didnt even check the level and quality of transmission oil.

Great place! They offer FIU students a discount and even drove me to and from the engineering campus so I could go to class while they worked on my car. I interacted with Ena and Jose, both were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

It is the worst place I ever been. The mechanics know nothing about the cars. They keep saying anything to convince me by mistake. The only thing that they do is to change parts and lets see. I do not recommend this place at all.

typical upsell. need x fixed? y is looking pretty bad. Z needs replacing too. Be informed, take a second opinion, ask for receipts, and keep all of your bad parts.
