Ive been taking multiple cars here for 3 years. They have serviced my Infiniti G37 (replaced the entire engine due to water damage), BMW 328i and Mini Cooper. I cannot stress the professionalism and attentive service ive received from this family owned business. 3 years ago I took my wifes Mini to the BMW dealership for service. I was told that the water pump was damaged (notorious problem with minis) and it needed to be replaced. I decided to get a quote from multiple independent shops since the price I was quoted from the dealership was ridiculously high. When I called Advanced Auto Diagnostics I was quoted a very fair price in comparison to other shops that I had called except he told me he would order the water pump for me before I brought the car so the job could be done quickly since my wife needed her car the following afternoon. I dropped off the car the following morning at 9:00 AM and was assured the job would be done within a few hours. I get a call from Fernando about 45 min later saying there was a small problem. Surprise, the water pump was NOT BROKEN. He hooked up a pressure gauge to the water pump to double check that it was losing pressure. When the pressure did not drop he decided to call me and tell me to come down and see for myself (which I did shortly after). Sure enough the water pump was in perfect condition. I ended up only doing an oil change since it was almost time for it anyways and he did not charge me a penny for any work done to the water pump. I am now a customer for life. He could have easily just not said anything, replaced the water pump and charged me for the expensive repair. Im sure there are plenty of other mechanics that would just replaced the pump and pocketed the money. Maybe some others would not have checked to make sure it was broken and just changed it assuming that it was. The point of this story is to show the level of integrity of Fernando and everybody else at Advanced Auto Diagnostics. They have always been fair to me and my family and I cannot thank them for the amount of money theyve saved me over the years. I cannot recommend them enough!

Awesome!!! We took our daughters Mini Cooper turbo to a shop around the corner because it was using up oil like crazy and the engine made the worst pinging sound I ever heard. I was told that it is most likely the oil pump so they will change it out for $1,200 but if that wouldnt solve the problem I should pay them an additional $270 to take the engine apart so they can see what else would be wrong. Not wanting to let them go on a fishing expedition my wife looked online and found Advanced Auto Diagnostics who had all good reviews. We called them up and spoke to Fernando who told us to bring the car in and he would check it out for free which we did. There was nothing wrong with the oil pump, it turned out to be a bad turbo which they changed out and the car drives perfectly. These people are professional and super nice and dont take you for a ride. With all the bad shops around that try to screw you to make a quick buck these people are honest and have pride in their work and now they have another customer for life.

My dealer wanted to charge an outrageous sum of money to replace an engine oil seal/gasket on my SAAB and I decided to get another opinion. My friend had got his car serviced a few years back at Advanced Auto Diagnostics and highly recommended Fernando. Fortunately, for 9 plus years, my car had been good to me. So, upon contacting Fernando, he asked me to bring the car in and did the diagnosis. Not only did he diagnose that the oil leak did not come from the location mentioned by the Dealer but they were also able to locate the actual source of the problem which turned out to be very minor. So, I was able to fix the problem and also got a bunch of other issues with the car taken care of, which I had postponed for a while, at half the cost of the original dealer estimate. I would highly recommend Fernando to anyone who is looking for a honest and trustworthy service provider.

My car didnt start one morning and then I realized the starter went out. Was towing my Mercedes to a shop I have been to before, they quoted me $710 to replace the starter including labor, diagnostics and etc. I then decided to go and call around town to see if I got a better rate, I found this shop and he quoted me less than half of that without any diagnostics fee. I rerouted the tow truck to this shop, it was very clean and organized my car was dropped off and received instantly this was around 12pm by 1pm the new starter was in from being ordered and by 3pm I get a call saying my car was ready, I wont ever take my car anywhere else, this place is awesome, great customer service, prompt and professional. Truly a good experience.

They saved me over $2k on repairs I did not need make on my 2004 Infiniti M45. Was told I needed to replace the struts from my local Meineke shop. Made sense to me since the car has 95k miles and seemed a little bouncy and had some vibrations. However, AAD properly aligned the car and put 2 lbs of air in the tires. (Tires balanced fine.) Car rides great at 40 mph or 120 mph!! These guys are honest, very good prices, have very good equipment and will fully explain the issues and options. Thank you AAD for saving me a allot of money! I will be a customer for life.

Avoid this shop...they failed to fix a leak in my radiator which is the reason i took my car there .... they sold me on some other unnecessary repairs and never fixed the radiator leak..... after spending $800 on unnecessary things... I left the shop and a few blocks later my radiator light was back on. I took it to a nearby shop and my radiator was fixed .... They operate like or worse than a car dealer ...try to sell you stuff you dont need .... but worse .. i left there with a broken car ...AVOID DONT LOSE MONEY HERE....

Honest, reliable, affordable, and very professional! They told me what is was, what it was going to be, and none of that changed when it came to payment time. They did great work on my car and as a single mom I come to them for everything, including air in my tires. Theyre always happy to help me out. =) Thank you guys!

Honest people working there. The owner told me about the problem my car had, told me the cost to fix it and even told me to check the parts price online to compare. They did lots of checking and didnt charge me a penny. They gave me an estimate and told me to come back when ready, no pressure, no pushing other services.

m from Broward county and could not find any good shops around here. i searched online read some reviews and came across AAD. The reviews do not lie. I had a great experience, they treat real nice and are not out to squeeze every nickle you have. I would HIGHLY recommend AAD to any one that asks me for a mechanic!!
