Pésima experiencia la que he tenido con este taller les lleve un q7 para cambiarle el compresor lo cambiaron y solo enfría en la 1ra fila.la 2da y la 3ra fila de asientos sueltan aire caliente ahora mi hija pasa calor detrás ojo con estos tipos.les lleve el q7 de vuelta y ni lo tocaron me lo devolvieron a los 2s días con el mismo problema.la verdad me siento estafado por estas personas ojo con ellos.

This shop isnt the hype these other guys are making it out to be. The owner was inconsistent with pricing( try to raise it when the time came to pay) .. inconsistent with timing ... both he and Secretary were unsyncronized with what they would tell me. If it werent for me constantly calling my car would have stayed in the rain by the dump they parked it at. Victoriano was very shady and tried to say he had spoke to me about these all of the sudden price raises... when in reality he must have imagined it or ... you tell me . Sounds to me like he tries to play his clients for fools. P.s. while in the shop one his workers told me they were charging someone $3000 to clean his plugs.. of course he said said it to brag. ..... now driving and the car is in worse condition than when I brought it.

I own a 2005 Mercedes C230. There were a few issues so took it into the dealership. A few confusing conversations and a very expensive quote later I was at Firestones door. Again, very expensive and just uncertainty on the causes of my issues. I luckily was recommended to go to Andres Victoriano. He not only fixed what the dealership quoted to be corrected, he did it in only one day, his prices were significantly lower, AND fixed additional issues the car was having. Mechanics are either really expensive or very shady. This location is far from that. You speak directly with him, he works on the car along side his family, is always polite and trustworthy in the work he does. I wish I had met him sooner.

Excellent repair, They take the time to diagnose the problem and no short cuts in the quality of the repair. Very well equipped to handle current model European as well as American and Asian automobiles. My car was a current model Volkswagon TDI that I was extremely impressed on the speed of the repair as well as the cost of repair. The dealer installed a fuel filter which had a small leak from the O ring and eventually a engine light came on. The company changed the filter and reset the light and explained the diagnosis all in a couple of hours.

Awesome auto repair shop, this guys are extremelly nice to their customers and also they really know what they are doing, I took my BMW M3 and also my wife Ford to them and they always give a good care of them and make me feel like part of the family, my cars have been running alot smoother after I changed to their shop like 6 month ago, I strongly recomend this auto shop to any one who really cares about their cars.

This place is AWESOME! I drive from Sunrise to get my Mercedes E350 serviced here because Andres is the best. What would cost me over $1500 at the dealer cost me $650 here. My car rides better, sounds better and performs just like new because of this place keeping up my maintenance. They are very friendly and the prices are more than fair! I will be a customer as long as I have a car!

Victoriano its a great place to take your car. my brother-in-law recommend this place and the service was amazing. I used to pay hundreds of dollars to have the service done at the BMW dealership and I had to leave my car for days. at Victoriano the charge was very reasonable and my car was done quickly. Ive been a customer of Victoriano auto tech since 2009. They are the only one unless Im out of state that could touch my car. They are the cleanest and and take good care of their customers cars like if it was there own.
