Es la segunda vez que le dan servicio a mi carro y la atención y el servido son muy buenos, la espera no es larga y el mecánico te explica personalmente lo que necesita el auto, me queda cerca a la casa y el lugar de espera es cómodo y limpio, lo recomiendo!!

I was very satisfied with the service and professional advice I received on my visit. Most places Ive been to before just try to sell you stuff on your car. I came in for an oil change they rotated my tires and turns out my car needed front brakes badly. The service person was very nice and took his time to explain the importance of maintaining the services on my car. Such a pleasant experience. Im so glad I found this repair shop. They have my business and I will be telling my friends about them.

This Tire place is Amazing! From my first call and Marco answered, he was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I had a problem with my tire and they fixed it immediately. I originally took my car to my dealer and they were so expensive and wanted to sell me a brand new rire when all it needed was a patch. Im so glad I took my car to Cutler Bay Tire and Auto because they are trustworthy. Marco has excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and they have my LOYALTY!

Ive been coming here for about 5 years now and it is always great! The customer service is excellent whether I am waiting in the waiting room or I leave the premise and they call me to pick up my car. Both the techs and the front desk are awesome! They always recommend the best options for my car and are NEVER pushy, which is what I LOVE! Some car places are so pushy and it sucks, they really are amazing! I recommend them big time!

WARNING ---They broke my car and was about to end up custing me almost 500 $ !! My car was working fine when i got there suppsibly after they where done some how my computer stop working . Ended up it was a wire that was unplugged .. but had a clip on it ... they plugged it out to charge me they are crooks . Customer service was very poor . Seemed like no one cared . do not go to this place its crazy.

This place is a night mare if you can put a camera under your hood or car before going do so this people will distroy your car just to have you come back i went for 4 different problems in 2 weeks how is that possible my auto nevr had a problem tell i went there an each ticket was for 600$ worst place ever dont go

Everything seemed fine untill the last time, i was billed a change of serpentine belt and steering hose that they never made, when i went to claim them for it, they said they had changed them, but i have evidence they lie because the pieces were marked previously, now i am in the process of claim

Been going to Cutler Bay Tire for years. Always good service. The Town of Cutler Bay has a lot of good auto shops but I have always enjoyed the service at this shop in particular. Traffic is tricky on US1 so be careful when pulling in or out of the shop.

Always provided great service when changing my tires. Just dont buy Goodyear brand tires which has nothing to do with their good service. My goodyear tires barely lasted 2 months.
