Ive been at this location a couple of times for an oil change. Every time I go they come up with some bogus recommendations, making it sound like my car is about to fall apart unless I take care of the issue immediately. 6 months ago they urged me to change the rear brake rotors, the car is still driving just fine. Most recently went in to get alignment done. There was a special on the Firestone website for $79.99 with 12- month/12,000 -mile warranty (which is the main reason I went there, other competitors were offering 6-month warranty for the price). The guy at the front told me that $79.99 service only has a 6-month warranty. I gave him the printout off the Firestone website, he starts arguing that theres nothing about warranty. I tell him that the website mentions the warranty, he goes, I dont have access to website. ONLY after I pulled up the offer online did he reluctantly said that they would honor the offer, I would just need to bring the printout. I dont know how these guys expect to be in business with this kind of contentious attitude, not even knowing whats offered on the website and asking for proof. I hope they did a decent alignment and I wont have to bring the car back within the 12-month warranty period, because Im already expecting a bunch of excuses not to honor the deal in case I bring it in. Ive been getting my car serviced at other Firestone locations when I lived in Orlando, and never had issues, thats why Ive been sticking with Firestone up to this point. I may have to start looking for another place to have my cars taken care of. UPDATE: After I filled out an online customer satisfaction survey, got a call from the assistant manager, Robert. He apologized for his associates behavior and took care of the issue.

The person on the front desk are so rude. I only went for a flat tire and was a poor service for me and they have too high price. LA persona del front desk fue una grosera, solo fui por una llanta pochas y el trato fue malisimooooo y los precios muy altos.

Did a pre-purchase check and after purchase service. They gave me all the specials they had in the system and then even some additional discount. Everybody was very friendly, quick, flexible. But 15 minutes on the highway and the tire pressure warning came off. All tires were low on pressure, one outside specs, and all tires on quite different pressure. (They did not check tire pressure although tires were rotated and alignment was done. I wonder what else they did not do...)

Alex and Carlos did a fantastic job. This is the absolute BEST firestone location. I came to get my car inspected. I didnt make an appointment. They took my car and thoroughly took their time and got a 2nd opinion from other employees about the issue for my car. I watched as they checked my car and Im glad that they all seem like they care for their customers and their vehicles. I didnt feel rushed or treated like "just another client". Thank you guys!

Horrible service. I went here because of the good reviews I read on Google maps only to be charged twice for my front brakes (they still squeak by the way) and they charged my girlfriend $700 to change 4 spark plugs on her car (she went by herself so maybe they took advantage of the fact that she doesnt know that much about cars). I never leave reviews publicly but I just had to this time. AVOID THIS LOCATION UNLESS ITS YOUR LAST RESORT.

These guys are thieves! Dont go there! The guy told me that my brake drum bearings are built in and cannot be replace by it self. He said that i have to replace the whole drum for 160 a piece. I got just the bearings replaced for 30 bucks at a different garage. That firestone branch gave me an estimate of 960$ for a job I got for 200$ elsewhere. Do not trust those thieves!

I went for an aliment because I got two tires I all ways ask for a copy off the aliment they only gave me one side it was green and yellow. I also ask to check tire pressure and they did not do that as well the new tire were about 44 pounds each I had to check it my self. Never coming back to this one I like the life time aliment but what a bumer

Went there today for an oil change and tire rotation; Roberto was nice and the oil change was quick. He did not even charge me for the tire rotation like they usually. Will totally go there for my auto service
