Most of us arent car savvy, and are always looking out for auto places taking advantage. Go here for your next oil change, and youll see what I mean. Your intuition should be telling you these guys can be trusted. And think about it.. driving is dangerous, no matter how careful you are. So when good people like Adventure tires prioritizes your safety above monetary gain, theres a certain connection there thats rare and underappreciated. Heres my story.. I was getting a routine oil change at my typical place, and told me I had a serious problem: my rotor belt needed to be replaced, as it was apparantly about to break any day. I was quoted 300 for parts and 300 for labor. I needed time to save up the money, so I rescheduled. In the meantime, I searched for better deals in my area. Adventure had the best, so I went with them. When I got there, they took one look at my (Toyota corrola) and said, "Your timing belt is actually made out of metal, its a sturdy chain and will be the last thing in that car to break. Other cars, yes they can break but youre good man" I showed him the print out quote for $649 from Tires Plus. He said they were trying to pull a fast one on me, charge 649 and do absolutely nothing about any chain. I showed him quotes from other shops over the phone, and again, said they most likely were attempting the same thing. A quick search in any computer would show the information that ONLY these guys let me know. Im never going anywhere else. Thank you Adv Tires for your honesty and hospitality.

Walked in their for the first time looked around very nice showroom everything was in order talked to the manager their seemed like a great person and asked to have my car looked at as i just purchased the vehicle and it was not running right.I just had my car worked on by the dealer i purchased it from.that is where the problem began your mechanic came out to look at the car and seemed like he had a chip on his shoulder this guy tried to sell me everything thing under the sun all i wanted was a second opinion on what they thought was wrong and told me he could fix it the right way for under 1500 hundred dollars are f"en kidding me the guy had no idea what was wrong yet and already quoting me prices I politely said thank you and proceeded to leave and the mechanic started to use scare tactics on me how my car was gonna blow up if didnt leave it for a diagnostic well after i got in my car and quickly left as this guy sounds like a ripoff artist I would tell you his name but he was not wearing a uniform but i will tell you beware get a second opinion before you spend your money there I felt so uncomfortable i would not recommend anyone there the only one with a personality there seemed to be the manager Bill as he was wearing a uniform i did catch his name and by the way it also very rude when you bring your wife with you and you have 3 guys from your shop staring at your wifes behind as your trying to sell me the world BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beware! If you take your car here to get its brake pads replaced, every time, theyll tell you that you need new rotors. I first took my car here two years ago. My brakes had just started making noise. I asked to have my pads replaced. A few hours later, they called me and told me that the front rotors were bad and had to be replaced. I told them, no thank you. They then put on the high-pressure, "this wont be safe" story. I insisted no new rotors -- my rotors were fine. Finally, they relented and just put on new pads. Now, two years later, my car is still braking perfectly fine. Obviously, I didnt need new rotors. Then, like an idiot, I took my wifes car in last week to get its brake pads replaced. Again, the pads had just started making noise -- I knew the rotors were fine. The EXACT same high-pressure, replace-your-rotors-or-it-wont-be-safe scheme was carried out. Again, I had to argue endlessly with them that the rotors were fine. Their high-pressure silliness was even worse this time around. I had to threaten to take it elsewhere before they relented again. Do not let these guy bully you. If you car is newer (less than 60,000 miles) and your brake pads just started making noise, chance are very high that you dont need new rotors. Its a very old scheme that that they make a bundle from -- dont be a sucker. Better yet, just take your car somewhere else were they dont put the replacement rotor scheme.

Okay so I came in to plug my tire. Maybe waited 5 minutes in an empty lobby, waves at a dude in the garage twice before someone finally greeted me - all good, oh well. I asked how much to plug my tire. The guy looked at it and said, "About 10 bucks. When would you like to pick it up?" Again, its an empty lobby. I asked how long it would take and he changed his mind saying they can do it now. I thanked him and was kind the whole time. I did not receive any pleasant attitude back. When I came up to pay, he said using a credit card would cost more because their system charges a tax. I asked how much more and he said, "$15.99." A $6 tax for using a card? Why wasnt I told before they did the work? Fine. I fill out the order form and he swipes my card. I was charged $20.13. He could only say it was "because of the taxes." Lol! No apology and he didnt seem to care. So yeah, service is fast, the plug is crudely implanted and it works so far..but for $20, I could have plugged it for much cheaper elsewhere with honest, kinder staff. So if you come, bring cash and dont let them swipe your card until they confirm your total. For a place with no other customers waiting before me, I cant necessarily say theyre honest or do neat work, but service was fast. Good luck!

Parts changers. Brought in car with bad alternator. Said starter was bad. Changed starter and charged me $300. Same problem with car. Brake and battery warning light still coming on. Went back rewired electric plug for alternator because it was not wired properly by this same shop. Charged me $111.00 to fix their crappy work. Went home. Same problem. Went back next day Manager Steve will not warranty alternator that they put in 2 years ago and told me it was lifetime warranty on part. Manager does not care about customer service only screwing customers. 2 years ago charged me almost $300.00 for alternator part not including labor. About 400% markup. Thieves!!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!! Manager Michael tries to do right by customers but seems like business doesnt run that way from the top. Bought and changed alternator myself since they couldnt figure out that was the problem. PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!

Gosh these lovely guys made what I thought was going to be a headache into a piece of cake. Got back from almost two week vacation and car wouldnt start, jump didnt work, so waited to call Adventure Tires in the morning and let them know what was going on. I explained to steve that I was told by the roadside assistance guy that it sounded like a starter issue, he told me could be that but it was most likely the battery since car was too new to have starter issues. Got car towed by my roadside assistance here and sure enough after there diagnostics they were spot on. They called Advance Auto where I had just purchased a new battery from a few months back and had a replacement delivered all within a very reasonable time frame. Overall A+ service and glad I stumbled upon this place via google reviews/yelp. Will continue coming here from now on for all my service needs.
