Horrible!!!!! Please run!!! I went in for a oil change and it was the beginning of a disaster!!!!! After receiving a oil Change, we were told that our transmission hose needed to be replaced. We agreed and the procedure was done, after we drove off its was only an hour later and the transmission hose came a loose. After breaking down in the middle of an inner section, we had to beg tire plus to assist us with getting the car back to the store. For 2wks I fought with corporate office to finish the work properly but to no avail. Afterward they suggested that the car be sent to its brother company fire stone and they also tried to rip us off for a mistake They had made and was requesting that we pay over $2500 just to tighten a loose transmission hose which we later found out by local mechanic! Tire plus is a dis honest company that tries to steal money from its customers. Supervisors were non chalont when told that my husband and I could have died because of employees did not tighten tubes properly. Danny the supervisor is a fraud.

This firestone is absolutely wonderful! I dealt with the service advisor Raul who took the time to explain everything to me as far as the CEL codes the car was throwing, and the difference in the tires they offered. He even help me with the firestone credit card application. He updated me regularly and never tried to sell something that wasnt needed. The technician Dra who worked on my car took the time to physically show me what was wrong. He was genuinely concerned for my safety regarding a bubble in my tire front tire and a severe pull to the right. He explained to me his concerns and informed me that he didnt want me driving the car until it was in perfect working order. They had to order new tires, do an alignment and even ran a CEL inspection on the car. All of this was done in less than 5 hours. They went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend this firestone location as all of the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Great team and great service! Keep up the exceptional work guys!

Great and friendly staff. They really show that they have the best interest in the customer. Always giving the best recommendations for your car from priority to least concern. No sharks here dont have to worry about them offering you extra services that are not needed to complete the job. I had an issue with my car that turned out to be worst than expected and I had no problems in holding my car there until I was able to have a tow truck come and pick it up. Only because the service that was needed firestone does not do. The best guy to see is Raul he is the one that usually picks up the phone when i call and the person I usually deal with when I arrive. He is very informative and knows his stuff. The rest of the staff is friendly especially the dude with the cool glasses that convinced me to buy four new tires lol appreciate it. Definitely a lifetime customer!!

Worst ever experience ever in Homestead Florida., I observed ignored customers and skip customers awaiting for services. FRIENDS WITH BUSINESS vehicles get 1st priority. Reason Im writing this is because I went for oil change & an employee tried and charge me for services not recieved. HE showed me my a dirty oil stick saying it was a new oil change and a picture from his phone.of a car needind an AIR filter and cabin air conditioning filter both different color and size than my car saying it was mine.My car had never left even the parking lot. I sat and watched parking lot and my car for over a hour. SMH & SUCK MY TEETH thinking bout those lifetime warranties on auto services with Firestone on my car. Buyer beware !!

BEWARE Firestone are thiefs, dishonest and scammers. I took my vehicle in for a complete check up and ended up paying $1300.00 for nothing. The same day I got it back all types of lights came up and my brake light stayed on. Went back to get it looked at again and they wanted to charge me for the services again when they messed up my vehicle more than it was. I took it to Chevrolet and pay basically double. Had to call corporate to get refund. This isnt the first time that theyve done shady stuff save yourself the headaches and dont go there!!!!!!!!!!!! THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Piece of crap so call mechanicss

I have gone in twice here within this week. The service is great and fast. The customer service on the phone and onsite are phenomenal. I havent had any problems with their services or mechanics. They always recommend services that are reasonable and not an upsell. If they find something wrong they show you right away and give you the correct options without upselling. Their prices are reasonable and have zero complaints. I will continue doing all my services here.

FN thiefs, theyre dishonest, liars, scammers. I saw one of their so call mechanics literally break a tire sensor off my tire, which I had brought for a nail, the whole time while I was watching from another car and no Im not disgruntle I been coming to this location for many years for minor stuff only and is not the first time that theyve done shady stuff save yourself the headaches and get a second opinion before letting this guys touch your car

Store was recently renovated, which makes it more enjoyable. Small, but nice waiting area with a section set up for kids with all kinds of toys. This really makes a difference when you have a few hours to wait for your vehicle to be ready. The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, not normally the cleanest. As for the mechanics, they do a good job. I havent had any work that was not done properly, yet.

Took my car in for oil change and tires and they told me that they would call me when it was done. Since they never called i showed 5 hours later to see my car on the lift without tires on it. Afterwards those bums told me that the car needed another 1700 dollars worth of repairs that could be done by their mechanics if only i left them my car overnight. This is a very shady shop.

My family has been going to this location for years, we trust that they will get the job done. But one of the issues is why make an appointment if the staff will just keep you waiting 3-4 hours after you arrive for your appointment. This is one of many times this problem has occurred. So I advise just dropping your car off instead of wasting your whole day waiting.

Went in for a FREE brake inspection and when I returned 2hrs later because I got no phone call, they tried to charge me $16. Granted its just $16 and I have no problem leaving a tip for the mechanics who took the time to inspect my car, but dont false advertise.
