This place is great!! I rarely write a review unless my experience is negative but I feel that I must share my positive experience this time. As a single mother, it is hard to go to places like car repair shops and not feel like I am being taken advantage of. A few days ago I took my Honda Odyssey to the local Honda dealership because I was feeling a shake in the car as I was stopping. Knowing very little about cars I always felt comfortable knowing that the dealership ( so called experts ) would always do the right thing for me and my car. After sitting there for 2 hours, they came to me and told me that I have serious problems with my braking system and I need immediate repairs which would cost me $1200.00. Luckily I could not afford the repair at the time so I declined doing the work and left to speak to family to see if they could help me with the cost of repairs for my car. On my way home, I was speaking to a good friend of mine who told me " Go see Jeff at Meineke right there on Weston Road " he has always done the right thing for me. I decided to stop there on my way home from the dealership. I went inside and asked for Jeff as my friend recommended. I explained to him the problem I was having with my van. He said no problem, go ahead and have a seat in our waiting area, enjoy a cup of coffee and I will check it out within about 20-30 min. After about 30 min, Jeff came and got me to go over what my van needed. To my surprise, it was simply warped rotors in the front of my van. He gave me an estimate of $312.74 and told me it could be ready in about 1.5 hours. He also had the mechanic who was working on my car take me into the shop to show me what was going on with my car before the work was performed. These guys are really great!!!!! I spent 25% of what my local Honda dealership told me that I needed to, the service was more friendly and comfortable than I ever experienced anywhere else, I finally dont have to feel like I am getting ripped off and this has to me the nicest and cleanist car repair shop ive ever been into. I will certainly be a loyal customer at this Meineke from now on. Thanks guys!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!! These guys will lie and replace parts without proper diagnostics. It is a waste of your money and time…and you could be jeopardizing the safety of your family. My car was having clutch issues, and the mechanics/techs at Meneike determined that the issue was the master & slave cylinders that needed to be replaced (cost for the replacement $550). The “repair” took four days. Four (4) days to replace the master and slave clutch cylinders, a job that would normally take 2-3 hours. I called daily and everyday was a different excuse (part not delivered, etc). On the 4th day, I get a call that the car is ready and working fine. I get the car, and as soon as I am entering the express way, I notice the same issue from 4 days ago. I am extremely frustrated with the service, the lies, and specially the careless attitude for their customer’s safety. Anyone that would have tested the car after the repair for more than 2 minutes would have determined that something was still wrong with the car, and that the parts replaced were not the root cause of the problem. I called the next morning to the store and asked to talk to the manager. I explained everything above, and was told that they would talk to the other manager that tested the car, and was going to get a call back…which I never received. I contacted the customer service for Meineke to see if they could help me get this issue resolved. Customer service was useless and the only recommendation they had, was for me to contact the store and talk (again) with the manager. They said they could not help me, since I took my car to a third party to get fixed. Who would take his car back to this location, after the experience described above?

After having a very negative experience at another car shop in Weston, I decided to give Meineke an opportunity to impress me. I have to say, theyve exceeded my expectations as a customer. I called many times to ask various questions about oil changes before I even went in. Not once was the representative annoyed at my persistence. In the contrary, he was incredibly helpful and made me feel like I was about to take my car to an honest shop (for once). Once I got there I was very pleased with the structure and organization of the shop. Its got ample space and comfortable seats for you to sit and watch TV, have some coffee, or purchase some snacks. They have great WiFi which allowed me to work on my business as I sat and waited for my car. Both employees who greeted me were incredibly friendly - Eddy and Steve. Im a woman so I hate going into car shops without my boyfriend or father because I tend to feel like Im going to get scammed. Not at Meineke, Steve and Eddy were honest about what my car really needed. The prices are incredible and very competitive. Weston is a very expensive area and Meineke definitely surpasses many shops around here in the price department. It took less than 45 minutes for me to get my car back as a walk in. While I dont expect this to happen every time, its an incredible wait time compared to the 4 hours I had to wait at the last shop I went to WITH an appointment. All in all, I will definitely be back and recommend this shop to my family and friends as the new management team seems to be doing and fantastic job here.

Worst Service! Worst response!!!!! I paid totoal $590 Nov12 for breaking my Tiguan and still my car is too much shaking and when I claimed to Steven and He said I need to pay another $299 for pvc pcb. Before the repair at this worst place, my car was not shaking nor trembling on the road but now too shaking scaredly to drive. Here is the detail I paid after my faith was paid back by cheat & lie. Now my car is almost die. Tiguan 2011 99,890 mileage. 1. 2 Vision in inatallation : $29.99 ---- which is nothing to do with my driving worry at first 2. 1 Heating/Cooling :$89.99 3. 4 Ignition Coil : $199.96 4. 1 oil Change -Lube/Oil/Filter : $63.99 5. Tune Up : $154 - 4 spark plug $64 - labor on tune $99 I dont know well about Car so I trusted Steve and followed his guide and paid but after that I realized I was cheated. My Korean friend who was mechanic said I paid too much for some not related with the worry on Car and totally too expensive although in general. I could stand it too much pay if the car can drive well but now I am scared to drive because of shaking & trembling and even engine oil drop light blinking & Aalarm sound which were never shown before repair in this worst service center. The most worst I cannot endure is that he said I am not mechanic and Mechanic said you need to replace again pcv valve and cost is $299 in very rude manner and even racial discrimiation by language. I am korean and I am all my doing to stop my community to from visiting this worst place!!!! ALSO ALL MY AMERICAN & FOREIGN FIRENDS!!!
