I try to give places the benefit of the doubt because just because one person sucks at their job doesnt mean all of them do. However, I have given this place THREE chances and today was the final straw. I will NEVER go back to this place and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid Pep Boys like the plague. Their customer service and service department especially is TERRIBLE. Not counting the last time I was in there where they told me it would only take an hr and a half, but it ended up taking FIVE while I WAITED!! But I called there on Friday the 18th of Sept and was told they would be able to perform the service I needed (to install new car stereo speakers in my car) and they proceeded to take the appointment over the phone. Even asked my name, phone number etc. THE FIRST PROBLEM I encountered there this MORNING the 20th of Sept, was that there WAS NO APPOINTMENT in the system. WHY THE HELL take my info if you arent going to put it in the computer? THEN on top of that, they didnt have either of their master techs coming in that day, and the only other person who MAY be able to do it was going to be late by thirty minutes (which btw I was told was a regular occurrence. Must be nice to work for a place that doesnt require you to be to work on time!) and that if I waited fifteen mins they may be able to get in touch with him. I waited. Then i was told Nope! hes not going to be in and they couldnt get a hold of him to verify if he could do the installation. WASTED MY TIME yet again Pep Boys. Shame on me for thinking your place may have changed. SMH. You guys are ridiculous. You have permanently lost my business. I would rather go to Good Year or somewhere else that actually CARES about their customers. You need service, people? DON"T GO TO PEP BOYS. They will rip you off and treat you like your dirt despite the fact that WE are the reason they have a service department in the first place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Pep boys do not deserve my business anymore. 3 weeks ago I stopped at this location for two tires and a front break check up. The technician told me that the front breaks front rotors needed to be resurface. I explained the technician that my rotors and break pads where replaced 5 month ago at a different Pep boys store. I agree on the repair and let the guys do their job while waiting. An alignment was also needed witch I also agreed. I asked also for a radio antenna replacement. Well after 4 hour waiting they returned the vehicle and ready to go. New alignment, new tires and balancing and antenna...yesss Oh nooooo, they forgot to replace the Dodge logo on a wheel, not a big deal, just returned to the store the next day and put it back. When replacing the logo I noticed that the wheel was all scratch and even a nick on the edge, so I checked the other wheel and was also with the same kind of scratches. I did not make a big deal about it. while driving back home that same wheel lost the lead balance so that tire started to shake at 65 mph. The antenna, well installed but they scratch the paint around the base of the antenna,. Avoid Pep boys, I think you could find a better place, where you can take your car for repair, make sure they also take care of your vehicle not your money! The only reason I am giving a pep boy a star is because they will not let me post without at least one. But believe they do not deserve it. Thumbs down for pep boys. Look like they are digging their own grave.

I had my vehicle towed into this location at 2:00PM on Sunday, because it would not start. No one from Pep Boys bothered to call me to let me know they had looked at my vehicle, so I called in on Monday, mid-morning. They stated that they had not looked at my vehicle yet but they would be looking at it soon. Monday afternoon at about 4:30PM I called in AGAIN because I still had not heard back from anyone. The man on the phone said "oh yeah ummmm its the computer, you need a new computer, $750.00" I gave them approval to order it and do the work. They stated that it would be ready by the next day (Tuesday) at 5:00PM. Today is Tuesday, and its 5:15PM. Guess what? Its not ready. The man on the phone said "oh um the mechanic who is supposed to be working on your car isnt here today". REALLY? Are there no other capable mechanics? Is there only ONE mechanic who can do the work? Long story short: Dropped my vehicle off on Sunday at 2:00PM, its now Tuesday at 5:15PM and they have not even begun the work. The manger on duty, Patrick, has also not returned my call, though this is the third time I have called and asked to speak with him. This is completely ridiculous, and the absolute worst automotive service I have ever had.

Avoid This Place Like The Black Plague! I took my car to this horrible shop on 09/02/2016. I talked to someone that works in the front desk, his name was Javier. I tell him that I recently pumped air in my driver front tire but again its flat. He tells me to wait 30 min for it to be "repaired", After I waited for more than an hour and a half, someone by the name of Dennis tells me my tire is repaired. I drive my car for only a couple of miles and the low tire pressure indicator comes back on, at which point, I feel angry because I waited over an hour and paid 22bucks. So, I put my spare and I head back to the shop on 09/03/2016 for another tire repair. Maistel the store manager, tells me that they plugged my tire but I have a new hole on the side of the tire. I tell her to go ahead replace with new tire, but I had a feeling that they did not do their job the first time, so I asked the technician that replaced my tire to give me my old tire. My instinct were correct, my tire doesnt have a plug in it and there could only be one hole in it. My advise to any potential visitor of this shop is this : AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Completely Unprofessional! I purchased 2 tires from this location and during the process of replacing these tires the technician damaged one of the tire pressure sensors. The gentleman at the front desk explained what happened and proceeded to offer a replacement of the sensor and installation for $85. I explained that the cost should be covered since the sensor was damaged during the tire replacement and the gentleman replied "I will see what I can do." Upon driving off I noticed that the Low Tire Pressure sensor light was on and quickly returned to the shop. Once inside there was no one at the front desk and the only representative there did not even acknowledge me. I tried to contact the office about this issue and received NO RESPONSE AT ALL. After talking to a friend, who is a mechanic, he explained this issue probably happened because the technician did not remove the tire per the manufactures specifications. By the way, this happened fairly recently on 9/11/2015. I do not recommend this location at all. For proof my my Service Work Order# is 2152054 and this was Store ID# 0376.
