Worst Experience Ever. I visited Action Gator, as I had been a previous customer of Goodyear. I visited the beginning of March and found out they had new management. I took my car in because it was shaking and explained that to Brian the manager. I requested an oil change and an alignment. The mechanics placed my car up on the rack did a regular alignment. I left the shop and the car was still shaking. I called to inform Brian. He requested I bring my car back into the shop. They worked on my car putting it BACK on the lift and did a high speed alignment. My car was still shaking. I called back, Brian requested I bring the car back in and they placed my car back on the lift and informed me that my control arms were bad and tried to charge me an astronomical amount for control arms. Ultimately I returned to Action Gator three times in one week before going to another mechanic, who told me my car was shaking because I had a bubble in my tire. THREE times, action gator misdiagnosed my vehicle, and allowed me to leave the shop in a dangerous condition, risking my life. My tire could have blown at anytime causing a serious accident. I contacted action gator, the owner showed no remorse, and only offered me a refund on the alignment after I threatened to complain. I ultimately got two new tires from another shop. As of TODAY, my new tire has gone flight from....a BAD alignment, the alignment that I received from action gator! So I had to purchase two NEW tires, and an Alignment from another shop! ACTION GATOR RISKED MY LIFE, by allowing me to drive on a dangerous tire and ruined two new tires that I purchased by giving me a shotty alignment job!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ACTION GATOR, and I URGE EVERYONE ON HERE O NEVER GO TO THIS ACTION GATOR!!! they lack customer service and their mechanics are inept!!

Buyer beware. I brought in wifes car for simple oil change. Get call indicating car has 3 leaky struts. They recommended all 4 should be replaced. They also recommended a new battery. $1100 estimate. I told them be done with the oil change and give me the car back. Keep in mind the car is a 2011 vehicle and a battery was installed by them just a few months earlier at the same location. However, the repair center at the time was under previous management/ownership. A week later I brought in my SUV for oil change. They give me another call recommending all four shocks should be replaced. They also said my water pump may be leaky as well as the oil pan. I told them be done with the vehicle oil change and give me my SUV back. When I bring my cars there it seems all of my vehicles are found with leaky parts and this repair center miraculously finds them. Keep in mind just a few months ago, under previous ownership. a major repair was done to replace a leaky seal between transmission and engine that also included oil pan replacement seal. I spent $600 dollars. Now all of a sudden only a few months later this new management finds that I have leaky oil pan seal. Give me a break. Suggestion: get your ducks in order and get vehicle database repair history from previous owners. I am not a take advantage little old lady with money bags under the mattress. I am a working stiff with a family struggling to make ends meet. Bring back Ray. Good honest guy. Then again if going forward this will be your MO maybe not. Glad you got rid of Mike. Typical smiley face salesman. Hated that guy. Pay your mechanics well and keep them happy. Honesty will spread the word and your business will thrive. Dishonesty will not. Your choice.

CONSUMER DANGER!!!!! I took my car to this location because I have gone their for service in the past. I went in and was greeted by two pleasant salesmen at the counter, who assisted both me and my husband. I explained what was wrong with the car and was told that the inspection is going to cost about $30, and I agreed. I let the guys know to give me a call when they find out what was wrong with it, and how much it would cost when they find a problem. Later that day I received a call from a gentleman named Mike who told me a list off issues totaling over $3000 dollars. I didnt have the ability to pay that, so he told me to pay $700 to get particular work done, I let him know I would have to return another day with the car. Mike stated he cannot release my car and that it is unsafe to drive! I became worried and did not know what to do. I called my spouse and said we will have to call the police so that they will release my car. I called the POLICE, and had them show up to the location so that they can have this person release my car. He changed his tune, then told the officer that he never said that, and that he recommend I did not drive the car, and that was not the case. They finally released my car after the officer spoke to them. I brought the car to another mechanic who diagnosed the car with a few of the same issue, but told me that the car is ok to drive. These guys are using SCARE TACTICS to sell there services. Thank god for the local police, who were able to get my car back. It is horrible that he would try to scare me to repair our car.

Lets start with this place is a good year franchise . This location has failed my mystery shopper test. First I called in advanced to ask if they repair run flat tires and the guy said of course just bring it in I drove 30 min to get there , I took the car there and when they saw that it was a Mercedes S class they got greedy and didnt wanna repair it and instead they said oh we dont repair this kinda of car tire wich is funny cus all tires are the same and wanted me to get a new tire . he didnt even look at the tire to start with any ways, I acted like I removed a nail out of my tire to see why they would say , they laughed and said u shouldve never done that we dont repair that car and instead of offering to help they stood there laughing while pointing at another friend outside that showed up with a flat tire that they rushed to help. Lets be honest since this place changed owners it went down the drain and it became a family ran Buisness like dollar stores and dunkin donuts if you know what I mean . After I do my mystery shopping I usually report to the BBB and took a couple of pics of the work place , first of all no signs that says stay out of work area Any person can enter the garage with no problems easily accisible and no warnings what so ever , i actually entered the office thru the garage and no one said a word . Its really bad that we let owners like these get away with safety issues.
