Id give no stars but Ill give One, JUST ONE, a guy there is human. Joshua if memory serves. Nice man. I am going to stop hold on my credit card. I go in for 2 tire plugs. One is plug-able other if-ie. A Little screw, ok fixed. So I feel that because they have some quota to reach. He pulls out the other little screw and with out any other checking, immediately says "Well you need a new tire! " No water test, nothing. Well I need my car to travel across the Alley see my Step Dad who we just found out is dying. Very Serious. It is Thanks Giving the very next day. I am like what the ... Because My tires are special order low rise. Expensive! SO I am pissed NO WAY!!! So I get very direct with him. I say "Fix the Plug and get me out of here." Well he goes to the back tires to check and I swear he breaks the stem, tire goes FLAT. Mind you it is NOT the tire I am in for in the first place. He was very proud of his self too! So Now it is going to be a 1/2 hour to 45 minute wait to fit and they are going to charge me for a new stem. I checked the price on line they told me they would give it to me for cost. Well they more than doubled the cost! Also as I wait, I witness them to do this bait and switch to another Woman for some filter telling her this is the air your breathing it is so dirty, Yadda Yadda Yadda... This was right in front of me. Trying to scare her. She calls her husband he tells her put the old one back on and get out. We compared notes!!! So I will not be back and DONT Recommend this Shop at all.I am a business owner and understand bad reviews hurt your bottom line. If this is the kind of business they are proud of, they need to reconsider these comments on their SUB PAR SERVICE RECORD. It STINKS!! JUSTICE HAS JUST BEEN SERVED!!!

First time I went....Awesome. Second time I went, I was told I would receive a call back once they found the tires for my vehicle. I understand that people get busy, and things may take longer, but to not respond by days end to communicate with the client (of any status of the situation) is a dropped ball on their part. I called them the next day, and the guy said they (still) havent heard back. After about 2 hours or so of waiting and a phone call I made to GB at which I left a message (because I was trying to find out if they heard anything), I waited another hour (with no call from GB). Then, I decided to call around and I found a competitor that found the tires, delivered them within 40 minutes of my call, installed them and matched GBs price with road hazard... I just called GB to let them know to not worry about it, mind you, it has been over 24 hours and the guy who answered was like "oh, I havent heard back, let me call". I told him I called him out of courtesy to not worry about the tires as I had it taken care of, just in case if they were still looking, as I know they incur costs when they have to order tires from the outside (from what they told me before). I may be wrong, but I sensed an attitude from the guy, but had they taken the initiative to contact me and let me know a status, I would have waited as I would have preferred all my tires from one place. Maybe next time.

Weve been using them for about 5 years on 4 different vehicles and were finally giving up on them. Be it tires, body work, engine light, or belts, we consistently are required to return to the shop for service to be completed properly. Most recently was called to pick up car only to find out (after dropping off rental car) that my car wasnt actually ready yet. After finally picking up the car a day later to then realize on the way home that the horn and a turn signal had been damaged or disconnected (were not the items being repaired). Again, back to the shop for proper repairs. Never a "I am sorry you had to come back" or anything. Exhausting - this is a common experience with them. None of this comes at a discounted price either so in this case youre really not getting at all what you paid for. I could not, and would not, recommend this place to a friend.

I have been a loyal customer for 4 straight years. Josh and team give the most honest, best car care service Ive ever received. Not only do they explain everything in the repair throughly, they also go through all the cost and give an estimate (that you sign and agree to) before they start the project. They always call for approval prior to making any adjustments to the original estimate. They also will give you a courtesy ride from the repair shop to your office or home. I worked less than a mile away and they would drive me to the office and pick me up with no additional charge and theres also have a clean waiting area in the front of the office. Its so refreshing to have a car repair shop that I can trust and dont feel like Im getting taken advantage of. I would recommend Great Bear to all of my friends and family.

Great bear has come a long way with its new owners. When u walk in both the owners come out to greet u when they can. As far as customer service jake and jack r the best i have ever dealt with in this town. And robert the car tech really knows what hes doing. In south florida it is rare to walk into a tire shop and only pay for what u have to actually fix which is why i would go see jake. Jake never tries to sell me new tires or liquids that my car does not actually need. Which is a nusance when i walk into most tire shops to get an oil change and have to deal with a mechanic trying to sell me crap i dont want or need. Or deal with a mechanic that is in the buisness of damaging ur car to make u buy new tires.Thats y i dont go anywhere else but great bear.

Terrible! Just Terrible! Terrible Service, Terrible customer service and absolutely no regard to their customer needs. I got to the shop at 10:30 needing a simple oil change. I asked to have their transportation take me back to work down the road. After an hour of waiting to be taken to work, they informed me that they just pulled my vehicle and it would not take long for the oil change. I decided to wait. The gentlemen behind the counter went to lunch and came back and they have yet started on the vehicle. After I expressed my frustration, the man then informed me that there are no oil filters in stock even though the computer says there is in stock. By this time it is 2:00. It was a big inconvenience! Just Terrible!

The new owner/management team at Great Bear Automotive is great to work with. Lenny, Jack, Jake, and the team have served my wife and myself with excellent, courteous customer service. They seek to ensure satisfaction with their work, and they always advise when particular service is required, or if something can wait awhile, i.e. they dont push for unnecessary "repairs." Case in point, we brought my wifes older, but low-mileage Cadillac in to check something we thought might be an issue and, after they spent a good deal of time looking at it and test driving it, they determined that everything was in good and safe condition. They did not charge a penny for their time. Check them out!
