I took my jeep over to them for an alignment. Its a lifted wrangler but it has a comprehensive lift kit that allows for wheel alignment to factory specifications. I had aligned it to perfection before on a Hunter Hawk Eye Elite machine at another shop which no longer exists, the same model they have at their shop. I had hit a ditch driving pretty hard and it seemed to have pushed the toe, the steering and steering wheel alignment slightly out of alignment. The tech took a quick look at the car and immediately wanted to turn me away when he saw it was lifted. He believed that the car could not be aligned. He did not notice the components that allowed for it to be aligned. I spoke to him about them and he just refused to aknowledge what I was saying. I offered to show him my previous alignment recordings sheet to prove my case. He then took an aggressive stance at me and it quickly became apparent that he was embarrased because he didnt know what he was saying or doing he goes based off of what the machine tells him to do and he would be lost without its instructions. The machine however is designed to allow for custom alignment, its just up to the tech to know how to adjust aftermarket Camber, Caster, and Toe kit . I immediately asked to speak to the manager. I explained the situation to the manager and we saw eye to eye. He agreed to have the tech perform the alignment under the condition that I a waiver to their warranty of the alignment. I was totally ok with that. I would not warranty aftermarket products were I in his position. When the tech was ordered to perform the alignment he got angry. At that point I just wasnt comfortable anymore with having him touch my Jeep. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BASED OFF OF HOW TECHNITIANS STAFF TREATS CUSTOMERS AND LACK OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR KNOWLEDGE AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS.

No se lo recomiendo a nadie ,te hacen un arreglo y no hay garantía, no caigan en esa mafia, desde el manager hasta los mecanicos tienen todo planificado te cobran y si el arreglo no dura nada vuelves para reclamar y estas perdido ,muy mala atencion , no recomiendo este lugar

Falcon Tire Auto Center has great customer service from the moment you walk in to the front desk, to speaking with the store manager. I was helped by the Store Manager, Gabriel, with different options for new tires, having them balanced and mounted. The pricing for the entire labor and parts was unbeatable and they had the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend anyone in need of service to check them out, you wont regret it! Thanks again to Gabriel and his team for the amazing customer service and great labor done on my car.

Cleanest tire shop around. Monitors in the waiting area allow you to see the work being done to your car. This shop is spotless and the staff is polite and friendly. Not the cheapest price around, but I rather pay the few extra dollars for a pleasant experience. I had two tires mounted on my Corvette today and they even applied tire shine to all four of my tires without asking. Not many places have a road force balancer but Falcon does. Good spot!

Outstanding staff, took my car to upgrade rims and get new tires. The staff was very professional and courteous. Finished the car extremely quick. The best prices youll see. I was very happy with the work they performed and was really satisfied with the end result. Ive been coming here since they opened to do all maintenance on my car and have never been disappointed, I leave happy every single time. Highly recommended.

I went to Falcon Tire Auto Center to have all 4 tires replaced on my Camaro 2SS/RS 1LE. The waiting area as well as the service area was very nice, clean, and organized. The employees were friendly and courteous. Overall my experience was excellent and so was the job done on my car. If you have painted wheels and you care about them not getting damaged then I highly recommend going to Falcon Tire Auto Center.

Awesome service and awesome people! Incredible service as we needed a new tire on our way on vacation with an infant, a 6 year old, my wife and dog in the car while towing a boat! Ysabel took great care of us and got us back on the road. Great experience!

Honestly the only reason I come here is the free tire rotation because I bought my 4 tires here. Service is slow. They dont make appointments and a simple things (tire rotation and oil change) take 1-2 hours
