Before I can tell you about the amazing service I received, let me tell you a bit of history with my car. I was leaving on vacation for about two weeks, so l left my car with another shop I USED to go to. I asked them to fix my front suspension and just to check the car for any other problems since Im usually with my three year old son. After I came back to Miami I picked up my car: they said my car had no other problems. Literally one day of having my car back it stopped working. I had it towed back to the original shop. My car was in the shop for three weeks and they still could not tell me what was going on with my car. All they said was that it might be my computer or distributor. The owner told me he tested four new distributors and two computers, but the car still wasnt working. I thought my car was dead, now I thought I had to spend money I didnt have on buying a new car (YIKES!) Fed up and upset I complained to one of my friends, who recommended me to Galceran Auto Electric (the one at the Mobile Gas Station 11900 SW 8th Street). Im not gonna lie at first I was a little skeptical, the first shop said they were experts so if they cant fix it who can, am I right? WRONG! Realizing I had nothing else to lose I had my car towed out of the first shop and sent to Galceran and with in two days I had my car! If the first shop was an expert then Im starting to think Roger and Yancarlos are sent here by the mechanic gods! Not only was my car running with in such a short amount of time but they also informed me that my tie rod ends were left loose. That was work that was done at the first shop! To think about what could have happened to me and my son if they didnt spot that is truly horrifying! I truly loved the service I received in this shop! I will recommend this shop to any and EVERY one I can! Its refreshing to find people who actually remember what customer service is and who go above whats expected!

I was shopping around for the best price for my audi repair i found this shop in so many different search engines that i had to call them. I found them in google , yahoo, repair pal , city search and many more places. I decided to take it to there shop, the customer service was great. I was really impressed the place was clean and the mechanics gave me the information i needed in order to make my decision if i wanted them working on my vehicle. I left it over night the manager called me the next day about my vehicle status he told me give him till the end of the day in order to finish the repairs the price was great not expensive at all compare to the rest of the estimates i got proir. I recommend this shop and i give it a 5 star review thank you to the staff that worked on my car. i will be coming back for my routine maintenance schedule.

If you are looking for honesty, this is the place to go for maintenance and repairs. I have been to this shop on several occasions ad it ha always been a pleasant experience. The last time I went to the shop, my car was so damaged that Roger recommended that I not spend the money for a repair, therefore advising me to buy another car. This shop would rather have a happy customer than make money on something they know will be a continuing problem. All the Mechanics in the shop are friendly and professional. These guys are amazing at what they do, they also have the best prices on parts. This shop is my go to shop for any of my car trouble needs.

A five star rating! I have a 2007 S that was bought used. While I love the car, I was convinced that this was going to be an expensive maintenance burden. With the service light on, I took it in for an oil change and boy was I surprised! JC was professional, good on his word about time/dollar estimate and I did not walk out with any newly found issues. In fact, he said the car was in great shape and not to worry. When I said will bring it back for a 3k oil change, he said to not worry as the factory recommendation is 15k but maybe I should stop in at 7.5k. All in all, they now got me as a loyal customer..

I do not know when the other gentlemen went but I have never had a bad experience at Galceran. They are not the cheapest, but they guarantee their work, and are very professional. I am a bother as a customer as I want to know EVERYTHING they are doing and why. Roger never minds answering my questions, or showing me the read outs if I want. They are straightforward, and try their best to work with me. If you want to be super cheap, go to some shady shop your cousins uncles best friends nephew works at. If you want it fixed right the first time, Galceran is the place.

I have a 2008 infiniti ex 35 and Ive never gone into a mechanic and walked away with such an affordable bill....EVER. I was helped by Roger when I went in and immedietly he made me feel at ease(which is hard to do when youre at the mechanics and know nothing about cars). He was clear about what was going on with my car, and walked me through every step of the way and at one point told me, smiling, "Its going to be OK." Luckily, I live close by but if I didnt, I would make the journey just the same. Honesty and Integrity are priceles.

I had a great result when I took my car in for overheating and trouble starting. Roger Sosa was able to diagnose the problem when others told me they couldnt figure it out and showed no fear in tackling the problem. I shopped his estimate around and even though he wasnt the cheapest or themost expensive he offerred the best warranty. I was impressed that I car my car back so quickly and the estimate was exactly what i was quoted. Keep it up fellas!

Got it done for $440. The best part is they removed my rear tire to diagnose,lost my lug nut covers,and forgot to put radiator cover back on. BRILLIANT!!!!
