I had myac looked at and they couldnt find anything wrong with it and they told me to to pick it up and drive it around and when it stops working to bring it back,so I went to pick it up and went to back out and the break pedal went to the floor.Well they failed to tell me that the front break line broke,went inside and they said oh ya, you dont have any breaks at all!!!! so they said it would be $327 to fix it,what choice do I have when they said no breaks at all and they called the mechanic to the front and told them to take it to the bay and not to drive for there was no breaks,got in the car with my ride and didnt he follow us around to the back and stopped my truck just fine,any they replaced the front break lines after having it for 2.5 days and charged me $527,went to leave and the break peddle went to the floor again and again they failed to tell me that they broke the bleeder and couldnt bleed them all the way so I had to drive it and pump the breaks every time I wanted to slow down or stop,really!?!?

I brought my vehicle here because my tire manufacturer told me to go here for warranty services. I waited a long time without hearing anything. Finally I for up & asked what the delay was & they said they were bringing the vehicle in now. The technician then came out & told me that tires were worn because they werent rotated. I showed him the documentation from the dealer that showed the vehicle had the oil changed & tires rotated every 5k miles. He said it should have been every 3k miles????? This is ludicrous. The vehicle manufacturer recommends every 7k miles. They didnt even call for the warranty claim before showing me the tires. All they wanted to do was make a sale. Terrible service & lies to make sales. Will NEVER return!!!!

Have been here twice for Tire problems. On a busy Friday I waited one hour as they looked everywhere for the luggage key that the dealership had apparently kept. They advised me correctly to go to a nearby Jeep dealership and have a master set to use there. The two women on manager and one front desk where kind. There was no charge for their efforts! Visited today with my wifes car for a slow Tire leak despite having the tire remounted at home without a cure. They were helpful here!

Got my car back in much worse condition than when I sent it in. When I got it back the tires wobbled, the engine made loud banging noises both of which never happened before. These should not be the extra benefits to getting an oil change done! Can not stand these people, uninterested personell, almost 2 hours for an oil change first thing in the morning, and add on the car problems I didnt have before I took it in.. Go find a real mechanic, there surely isnt one here.

Always kind to us. Had a problem with the brakes after service. The service that we received included a multi point inspection. We assumed that they did not check the brakes. We took it back to have them che c k it and they replaced our brakes...free of charge!

Bad experience. My rv was in for supposedly 1 day for repairs & tires but it took 3 days & the shocks were never replaced. After deicing to Delaware found that all the lug nuts were loose. Not to mention the flat new tire on our morning of departure.

I called and ask about doing an alignment and they told to come they would get it done right away so I got here 35 mins after the phone call and when I got there they said the alignment guy is not here. Really? Wtf.
