took my vehicle for an oil change. i provided the oil and the filter when the associate went to open the hood it broke the latch and didnt even say he was sorry. he went ahead and reach out superglue to supposedly fix the part but hey its broken and the piece needed to be replaced. then he reach out to kiki which is the owner and he got my information in order to get the piece replaced. long story short i never got a call back and the latch is still broken. these folks are very inexperienced and dont really care about the vehicles they service i wont go there again also they are very sloppy. avoid this place at all costs

I LOVE Kiki Automotive! They are an Honest, Trust wortyy, and Hard working business. I have been coming here for over 8 years!!! But only a few times for car trouble as they do a great job fixing things. I have recommended my mother, my aunt, and other friends to Kikis Automotive and if I were to recommend them to my family and close friends I believe that says a lot. As to the negative review below I have no idea why someone would write that. But as always when you do good people will try to find fault. I have fixed many things in my car with them and once its fixed, its fixed, period!

took my car in for a brake job and brake fluid flush. I received it with dirty brake fluid (because they didnt flush it, just removed some from the master cylinder and replaced that.) and my hand brake wasnt adjusted. I had to take it back and teach the guy who was working on my car how to adjust it! Pros: They are competitively priced. Cons: The work is not done right, and they are not trust worthy. The money you save here will be spent repairing the car later for a job done wrong.

I have been taking my cars to Kiki for many years and have always found him and his staff to be very reliable and reasonably priced. I know theres a lot of crook-mechanics out there but I really would not take my car anywhere else! Im really surprised at some of the other negative reviews which is what prompted me to write about my experience with this repair shop.

FRAUD BEWARE!!! took my car to have a oil leak fixed, to my surprise i was told just a few hours will be done it took over three days. On the way home the engine failed, THEY FORGOT TO ADD OIL !!! took them to court and I won .. this case is public records
