The Grind
This place a is a joke. When I called they said it would be about $15 a month Sound fair for a whole in the wall gym. They tell me to come and check it. When I get there they have a sign in the fron tha says $24.99 a month of fair. When I walk in to the place I told to some young tall guy. Tell hime my and my wife want to join the gym he tells me its gonna be $34.99 each of us... Thats $70 a month for the both of us for a whole in the wall. I tell him when I called they said less he tell me that the place is under new management and that was the old price. OK so then I mention the sign he has in the entrance that says $24.99 and he says ohh thats an old sign... OK so if it an old sign why do you take it out and out it in the front door everyday. Needless to say I walked away. $34.99 is the price of the high end gym near y that has a pool and all kings of machines arobics class and many more things. Then you have the other place that has opened up everywhere for $10 month.... These people are crazy they think they buy a whole in the way gym jack up the price to $35 and people are going to join.... WOw guess whos going out of business.

Great gym with new equipment very clean and great people working there.New owners have really uplifted this gym and has a great atmosphere and vibe . I started training with Heinz Senior since 4 weeks and I lost 8 pounds . I am so happy about my personal training and results .

This is not your conglomerate meat market where people go to socialize. Patrons are serious fitness enthusiast focusing on their routines, work gets done here period. The median age group of 30-50 provides a bullshit free environment.

Love this gym . The new owners renovated the gym with brand new equipment! Nice clean , fun , environment . They have a great staff with personal trainers and diet weight loss program to help you loose weight .
